Music production pack
I bought a music production pack the other day that needed a specific version of a software program. But when I tried to use it with the version I had, it didn't work like I thought it would. So, I contacted customer service to get help. I told them what was going on and gave them all the info they needed. Sadly, they said no to giving me a refund or even a credit note for another pack. The whole customer service experience was pretty bad and now I'm not too happy with the brand.

Wood chipper purchase
I just bought a wood chipper online and it said I could pick it up at the store in Woodbury, MN. So, I organized a way to get there and when I arrived, they wouldn't let me take it even though I had already paid. The staff took over an hour to try to fix it, but in the end, they said I would have to wait a few days for a refund before I could buy it again. It was really frustrating and disappointing overall.

Voice recognition software
I just bought voice recognition software from NUANCE, thinking it would make it easier to speak into my computer and get things done faster. But man, was I let down. This is the third time I've given this software a shot, and it still sucks just as much as before. It makes my computer run super slow, messes up other functions, and is often slower than just typing. I end up wasting tons of time trying to fix things, especially in Word where the dictation feature keeps conking out. Any hopes of being more efficient with this software totally go out the window because of all the bugs and problems. Overall, dealing with this product has been a total pain and a waste of time.

My recent trip to ULTA was kind of a letdown. The salon didn't seem very clean and the stylists didn't give off a friendly or professional vibe. I felt pretty awkward and like my business wasn't valued during my appointment. The person doing my hair didn't seem very skilled or attentive, and I left with a result that I wasn't happy with. Overall, I wouldn't suggest going to this specific ULTA store based on what happened to me.

Setting it up was a bit of a pain, but once I got it all sorted out, it's been doing a pretty decent job. The one big issue I have is that it doesn't catch duplicate logins when I import them from other browsers, so I have to go through and delete them myself. The security audit feature could use some work too since it doesn't tell you which sites have the same passwords. But once you get the hang of it, it's pretty easy to navigate. I recommend taking a look at the Keeper website's Resources section for some helpful videos.

I ordered a product on December 31st and I still haven't got it. The website said 3-7 days delivery but that's clearly not real. I've sent many emails and only got one useless reply. The customer service is really bad, especially for such an expensive product. I wish I had checked reviews before buying it.

Chair seat replacement
I called customer service the other day because I needed a new seat for my chair. The person I talked to, Alice, was super quick and helpful. She gave me the option to get a replacement seat and was really nice to deal with. But I do have one thing on my mind about how the company does replacements. This is the second time I've had to replace parts on my chair (the arm rests a few years ago) because I use it every day. The problem I had was that I had to dig up my original order number to get the replacement process moving. It took me a while to find it, and I think it would be better for customers if there was an easier way to get replacement parts. Despite this issue, I still think the company's products and service are really good.

Technical support for Nuance products
After having a bit of a rough go with Kofax once they took over Nuance, I was actually quite pleased with the tech support I received. Usually, when one company buys another, the service quality tends to drop, especially for older versions of the software. But this time was different - the tech support I got for my problem with an old version of Omnipage was really impressive. The tech support guy, Sourav, was not only friendly but also super patient and knew his stuff. Despite my slow internet and crackly phone line, Sourav was able to figure out and fix the issue quickly. What really stood out was how smoothly he handled interruptions for downloading updates, which was a big improvement from past experiences. All in all, I was pleasantly surprised by Kofax.
