Honey Book has been a game-changer for our business! It's helped us out big time by making it easy to connect with other tools and saving us loads of time managing bookings, appointments, and contracts. The online portal for clients is super helpful for keeping things organized and communicating effectively. And let me tell you, the lead form and scheduler on Squarespace? Absolutely amazing!
CRM software switch
After using Dubsado for years, I finally decided to switch to a different platform. The automations on this new software have been a game-changer for me. Unlike Dubsado's complicated workflows that forced me to do everything by hand, this new platform has simplified my life so much. I really appreciate how smooth and efficient the automations are, they save me time and let me concentrate on more crucial tasks. Plus, the user interface is more user-friendly and intuitive, which has made the transition stress-free and easy.
Online business support
I gotta say, the interface needs some improvement. It's kinda awkward and not very easy to use. It feels like I'm going through a maze just to find what I'm looking for. Sorting through the templates is a mess and I feel like I'm just wasting my time trying to organize my documents. But once you get the hang of it, the service itself is not bad. I do wish there were more contract templates to choose from, but I can make do with what's available. All in all, I feel like I'm getting good value for my money up to now.

The business organization tool from HoneyBook is so important for me to manage my client relationships. It helps me with emails, invoices, questionnaires, contracts, scheduling, tasks, and more. This tool has really made a big difference for me. I can keep all my important info in one place and get to it easily whenever I need it. It has really improved how I work and how much I can get done.

Invoicing software for small businesses
HoneyBook has totally changed the game for my business! Being a small business owner and doing everything solo, like making contracts, sending invoices, and chasing clients who haven't paid up, it was all just too much to handle. But ever since I started using HoneyBook, things have gotten way easier. In just one week, I've made my invoicing process way more efficient and I've already gotten paid by three clients. The project portal for each client is awesome - it helps me keep track of tasks, files, and documents all in one spot.

I just found this amazing photography business program that I learned about at WPPI. I was looking for something to make my business run smoother, and this program fit the bill perfectly. Tracking clients, sending proposals & invoices
I love how easy it is to keep track of clients, send proposals, and invoices using this system. The smart files make everything look so professional, and adding visuals makes them even better. And the scheduler is amazing now that it works with the smart files. It's a game changer for sure.
Improvements for email and file audiences
I'm still learning, but there are a couple of things that I think could be improved. It would be really helpful in a project if you could just send an email or file to specific people instead of the entire list, or having to make a whole new workspace. Dealing with an accountant's receivable person would be much easier that way. Another great feature would be the option for people to choose who sees their email replies from the client's side, so not everyone has to see them if it's not necessary.
Awesome platform for contracts and invoices!
I really like this place for handling all my contracts and invoices. I had this questionnaire document that I had to upload, and the Marketing team made it really simple for my clients to fill in their information and then move onto the contract and invoice. It's just so handy and saves me a ton of time!

I totally love this app! It's like having my own personal assistant right in my pocket.
