Last-minute reservation
Let me tell you about my stay at this hotel. It was pretty good I gotta say, but there was one thing that really bothered me. The hotel was clean, comfy, staff were nice, and it was in a handy spot for a last-minute booking. But here's the kicker - their cancellation policy. I had to switch my reservation last minute because of some unexpected stuff, and when I checked out, they hit me with a cancellation fee. I tried to explain what happened, but they wouldn't budge. It really sucked that they weren't more understanding. It's too bad that one thing can overshadow an otherwise good time at the hotel.

Lift kit and tires
Eh, so I picked up this lift kit and tires from this spot, and I gotta say, their customer service is brutal. They don't even tell you if the stuff is in stock before you make the purchase! And if you change your mind and want to cancel the order, good luck because there's no way to do it online. You gotta spend 2 hours on hold just to speak to someone. And get this, the Canadian customer service line doesn't even work, had to find a different number on their Facebook page. Can you believe it?
