Ordering from this place was so easy, no issues at all. The products are not just trendy but also good for the environment, which is a big win for me. Frustrating ordering experience
My first time shopping at Fabkids was kind of annoying, eh. It took me like 25 minutes just to buy 6 things. The website was so hard to use, I had to keep going back and forth to find stuff that was on sale like they said. I had to restart like 5 times, so that took a lot of time and was super frustrating, ya know. But even with all that struggle, the clothes look great, and I can't wait to get them, eh.

I really like this place for handling all my contracts and invoices. I had this questionnaire document that I had to upload, and the Marketing team made it really simple for my clients to fill in their information and then move onto the contract and invoice. It's just so handy and saves me a ton of time!

Expensive Coat
I bought this super pricey coat online not too long ago, but when it arrived, it was missing this accessory that was totally supposed to be included based on the product description. So, I reached out to customer service to figure out what was going on. They told me to buy another coat to see if the accessory would be there this time. I went ahead and did what they said, but once again, the accessory was nowhere to be found. I sent the coat back over 3 weeks ago, but still haven't gotten my refund, even though they confirmed they got the package. Dealing with customer service has been a nightmare, with no one really giving me the help I need and their attitude kind of seems like they don't really care.
