So I ordered this bag back in December, eh, and when it arrived, I was so excited. It was so stylish, practical, eh, exactly what I needed. But then, oh no, one of the straps broke less than a month later, eh. I contacted customer service, and it's been a total nightmare, eh. It's been 6 months now, and still no replacement strap, eh. The excuses they keep giving me, like it got lost in transit and it's not their fault, are just ridiculous, eh. If it's not their fault, then why am I still waiting for a replacement, eh? And seriously, if it's the carrier's issue, just switch to a different one and get me my strap already, eh. And don't even get me started on the warehouse - how is it possible that they can't find a replacement strap in 6 months, eh? It's starting to feel like they're making these things to order, which is just not acceptable, eh. The whole situation has seriously made me question the quality of their products and the reliability of their customer service, eh.
Broken purse
I bought a purse not long ago and it totally fell apart at the bottom. I got in touch with customer service to explain, but I was surprised when they said they couldn't help me get a new one. I didn't have a receipt, so I figured a straight swap for a new bag would be fair, but they wouldn't budge. Their lack of help and service left me really bummed out and annoyed. It's too bad that they care more about money than making their customers happy.

I bought some stuff from a gift show but never got it. When I called, they said they didn't want to work with us because another store in town sells their products. They didn't even bother to call back or explain. It was a waste of time and very unprofessional.
Circle design bag in Desert Clay colour
This bag was way better than I thought it would be for space and being useful. I really like how it's designed and how I can fit all my stuff in it without it looking huge. But I was kinda let down by the colour. It looked orange online, but in person, it's more like a dusty pink-brown. Not really what I wanted, I'd rather have it in black.

The sad emojis they used were just the icing on the cake for their rude and passive-aggressive customer service. I never once thought about changing my mind - I still wanted my original order. This whole situation made me feel disrespected and ignored as a customer. I definitely wouldn't want to do business with this brand again.

Hey, so I ordered this really cute purse and cardholder online, but it took so long to arrive! I get that things are hectic with the holidays and Covid and all that, but it was supposed to be here well before my mom's birthday and I couldn't even figure out where it was. I had to go with a backup gift for her in the end. Hopefully, they can improve their shipping and tracking for the future.
