PriceUnpacked, packaging was neat — good service, but price felt a bit steep, sadly.

ProductSaw it at a market, friend recommended it — when it carried everything, I relaxed.

DeliveryHalfway through the week the courier arrived; I’d seen it on Instagram, a friend tipped me. Note inside, service replied fast.

ServiceNeeded a low-profile bag for commuting because my shoulder's been acting up. Strap broke after a month. They sent a replacement fast and without fuss. Bag looks good, not flawless though.
Little things, big annoyances

ProductWas grabbing coffee and my puffy wallet's zipper failed after a week — annoying. I use it every day, love the look and the soft feel, but the metal ring on my tote also snapped after a few weeks. Works, just not built to last.
Roomy but lousy clasps

ProductNot worth it. Bought this last week and used it right away. Felt roomy, which surprised me, but the metal clasps split within days. They keep popping open, same problem from day one, really.

ProductI first spotted this brand at a local art fair and bought a wallet on a whim, then told a friend. It's vegan but honestly feels like leather — that's what sold me. My first one lasted about five years with daily use, though the zipper got a bit stiff near the end. I just ordered another. Solid designs, not perfect but worth it.
Small tear, big disappointment

ProductI'm honestly relieved it only tore now, but overall not worth it to me. Bought the bag in Jan 2023, zipper had issues within months and today the bottom seam split so my keys almost fell out. Feels cheaply made. If you care about lasting goods or reducing waste, I'd skip this one.
Unexpected hiccup, still optimistic

DeliveryOverall I'm still optimistic — the bag never showed and nobody answered my emails, but I like the design and I'm surprised they offered a refund option when I pushed; it's been slow and awkward. Would tell others to try but chase support early.
Nice tote, small gripe

ServiceSaw this tote on a friend's post and ordered. I messed up my shipping info but customer service fixed it quickly and politely. The bag feels sturdy with soft straps. It's my go-to now, though I wish it had an inside pocket.

Returns & RefundsI actually hesitated before buying this crossbody—pics online and the description left me unsure—so I braced myself. Opened the box at home, tried it on, and right away the size and the feel of the material were off. Didn’t love it, packaged it back up with tags and original box, used the return label they sent and dropped it at Canada Post. According to Canada Post it was delivered June 19, 2023, but the company says they never got it and keep asking for more proof instead of checking their end. It’s been almost a month of back-and-forth emails. Honestly disappointed and annoyed; I’m left filing a claim with my credit card because they won’t credit the purchase.

Returns & RefundsI wouldn’t buy from them again for something I care about — the bag was okay at first but the return experience left me cold. My husband bought two Pixie Mood purses and the pricier one split at the bottom within a month. I emailed support asking for a swap, but without the receipt they refused flat-out. I get sticking to rules, but other brands I’ve dealt with would at least offer a workaround or goodwill fix; here there was nothing. The purse still functions, it’s just annoying and shows wear where it split. So it’s not a total disaster, but definitely not customer-focused. Happened faster than I expected, too, and that’s frustrating.

CommunicationHalfway through the show I almost walked off — wasn't sure if ordering from them was smart since I'd heard they avoid overlapping stores. I hesitated, asked questions, and yeah I felt brushed off at first. But after a short email chain they sorted the mix up, sent the order and the pieces are great. Still wish they called quicker, but happy I stuck with it and would recommend, with a heads up.

Servicelooks sharp, pockets are smart, and I liked how it carried my laptop. Fast forward six months and I'm still waiting on a replacement strap. Customer service was polite but painfully slow; they said it got lost in transit and would "check the warehouse." I still use the bag every day and it does the job, but the strap quality and the delivery/service were disappointing.

Looks great, not quite my size
Looks great, not quite my size
Returns & RefundsI actually stared at the photos for ages before ordering. I needed something for work and short flights — smart, not bulky. I was hesitant because the pics made it look roomier. When it showed up I had that small surprise feeling. It’s nicer in person, the finish is sharp, but it’s smaller than I imagined. First day I took it to the office and then to the airport. It held my wallet and a few extras, but my laptop didn’t fit. That was annoying. I emailed and left a voicemail about a return since there’s no store near me, and at first the reply was slow and a bit frustrating — they mentioned a “green return” with 30% withheld. I pushed back, explained I’ve flown for years and know what I need, and they came back with a prepaid label and agreed to a full refund. So yeah, initial doubts stayed for a bit, but they sorted it and I ended up satisfied. Next time I’ll double-check dimensions first, for sure.

Communicationthe emoji stuff made it feel unprofessional. All in all, it worked out, but not without stress.
