CommunicationHalfway through the show I almost walked off — wasn't sure if ordering from them was smart since I'd heard they avoid overlapping stores. I hesitated, asked questions, and yeah I felt brushed off at first. But after a short email chain they sorted the mix up, sent the order and the pieces are great. Still wish they called quicker, but happy I stuck with it and would recommend, with a heads up.

CommunicationI bought some stuff from a gift show but never got it. When I called, they said they didn't want to work with us because another store in town sells their products. They didn't even bother to call back or explain. It was a waste of time and very unprofessional.

CommunicationI've sent a bunch of messages, but nobody's gotten back to me! I emailed and even slid into their DMs on Instagram, but still no bag or tracking info! If my bag doesn't show up soon, I might have to ask Visa for a refund. Really disappointed!
