Customer service was polite but painfully slow; they said it got lost in transit and would "check the warehouse." I still use the bag every day and it does the job, but the strap quality and the delivery/service were disappointing.

But then, oh no, one of the straps broke less than a month later, eh. I contacted customer service, and it's been a total nightmare, eh. It's been 6 months now, and still no replacement strap, eh. The excuses they keep giving me, like it got lost in transit and it's not their fault, are just ridiculous, eh. If it's not their fault, then why am I still waiting for a replacement, eh? And seriously, if it's the carrier's issue, just switch to a different one and get me my strap already, eh. And don't even get me started on the warehouse - how is it possible that they can't find a replacement strap in 6 months, eh? It's starting to feel like they're making these things to order, which is just not acceptable, eh. The whole situation has seriously made me question the quality of their products and the reliability of their customer service, eh.

ServiceI bought a purse not long ago and it totally fell apart at the bottom. I got in touch with customer service to explain, but I was surprised when they said they couldn't help me get a new one. I didn't have a receipt, so I figured a straight swap for a new bag would be fair, but they wouldn't budge. Their lack of help and service left me really bummed out and annoyed. It's too bad that they care more about money than making their customers happy.
