My experience with the rental car company was really disappointing. I had booked a Seat Ibiza or similar car for my trip through a different website. But when I got to the Alghero airport, they offered me a different car (a Jeep) and tried to sell me extra insurance I didn't need. And when my credit card didn't work because of some technical problems, the employee wouldn't help me out or accept cash or another way to pay. The customer service was really bad, and I ended up stuck at the airport with no car. Luckily, I found another rental company in the city that was reliable, met my needs, and gave great service.

I gotta say, my trip to the store was awesome. The staff knew their stuff and they took the time to help me understand all about my new gravel bike.
