Hunter mattress purchase
After years of struggling to get a good night's sleep on our old lumpy mattress, we finally decided to splurge on the Hunter mattress. Both my partner and I tend to sleep on our sides, but he occasionally switches to his back. We were honestly shocked by how comfy and supportive this new mattress turned out to be. No more waking up with aches and pains or feeling groggy – this mattress really lives up to the hype. It's just the right amount of firm, striking that perfect balance between support and coziness for a solid sleep. The folks at customer service were top-notch too, making sure everything went off without a hitch from order to delivery. Our new mattress showed up right on time, well-packaged and good to go. Just a heads up, though, this bad boy is heavy and thick, so be sure to have some deep pocket sheets handy. All in all, the Hunter mattress went above and beyond our expectations and was definitely worth the splurge.
Exceptional customer service
I gotta tell ya, I had such a great experience with the customer service team at this company. So I ordered something but got the wrong item, ya know? It happens. But those folks on the customer service team were on it right away. They said sorry 'n arranged for the right item to be sent to me. And get this, they even threw in a little something extra, just to show they really care 'bout their customers. They fixed the problem real fast 'n followed up to make sure I was happy with everything. I gotta say, I was super impressed with their service 'n would definitely think about shopping with them again in the future.
Customizable pillow for side and stomach sleepers
I just bought a customizable pillow that has seriously changed the game for me. I'm a side and stomach sleeper, so I like my pillow to be on the flatter side. This pillow lets me adjust the firmness to how I like it, which is awesome. The washable cover is a nice bonus, and having an extra pillow to store the foam I don't need is super handy. Eh, so I was really pumped to buy my thing and it said I could use Sezzle to pay for it, but then when I got to checkout, it didn't even give me the option to choose Sezzle. Like, talk about false advertising, eh? But hey, when I emailed customer support, they were super quick to refund me, so at least they fixed it fast. Oh, and don't forget to use Google Chrome if you wanna use Sezzle, just a little tip for ya, eh!

I bought a new mattress from this company not too long ago, and let me tell ya, the whole purchasing process was top-notch. They had a bunch of payment options that made things easy, and their website was a breeze to use. Plus, the delivery was speedy, even though I ordered it on Boxing Day. I was pleasantly surprised by how well they kept me in the loop on where my shipment was at all times. As for the mattress, it's super comfy and seems well-made, although I did notice it's a bit lower on the side where I took off the plastic wrap.
Ripped headboard, sturdy bed
Mariana was right on top of things! She didn't let us fall through the cracks and made sure to quickly take care of our torn headboard issue. She was professional, attentive to our concerns, and even requested a photo to get a better grasp of the problem. The bed, once put together, is sturdy and actually looks pretty good, despite the issue with the fabric on the headboard. In the end, they decided to send us a new bed, which was a great solution. Big props to Mariana for her outstanding customer service!

Second purchase for 'big girl bed'
I just bought a 'big girl bed' for my youngest daughter from this company, and I have to tell you, I am seriously blown away. This is the second time we've bought from them because we loved how comfy the bed was for our other daughter. After going through a rough time with a bad experience, I reached out to Sleepenvie on their website to get some help with returning a messed up mattress I got from Labaie. It was a bit of a struggle at first and there wasn't much back-and-forth, but eventually, I managed to connect with a friendly agent who guided me through the return steps. It took longer than I thought it would, but I was grateful for the attention and concern they had in fixing the problem. Overall, I'd say they deserve 3 stars for their service.
Comfortable mattress
