Returns & RefundsAfter going through a rough time with a bad experience, I reached out to Sleepenvie on their website to get some help with returning a messed up mattress I got from Labaie. It was a bit of a struggle at first and there wasn't much back-and-forth, but eventually, I managed to connect with a friendly agent who guided me through the return steps. It took longer than I thought it would, but I was grateful for the attention and concern they had in fixing the problem. Overall, I'd say they deserve 3 stars for their service.
