Mariana was right on top of things! She didn't let us fall through the cracks and made sure to quickly take care of our torn headboard issue. She was professional, attentive to our concerns, and even requested a photo to get a better grasp of the problem. The bed, once put together, is sturdy and actually looks pretty good, despite the issue with the fabric on the headboard. In the end, they decided to send us a new bed, which was a great solution. Big props to Mariana for her outstanding customer service!

I gotta tell ya, I had such a great experience with the customer service team at this company. So I ordered something but got the wrong item, ya know? It happens. But those folks on the customer service team were on it right away. They said sorry 'n arranged for the right item to be sent to me. And get this, they even threw in a little something extra, just to show they really care 'bout their customers. They fixed the problem real fast 'n followed up to make sure I was happy with everything. I gotta say, I was super impressed with their service 'n would definitely think about shopping with them again in the future.
