Wide selection of products
I've been using this company for a while now and I've always been happy with their products. The prices are fair and the quality is always good. But I did run into a small problem when I was placing an order. I kept getting pop-ups from other companies or services that had nothing to do with what I was trying to buy. It made the whole checkout process confusing because these pop-ups were on a different page and at first, I didn't realize they weren't part of the company or my order. I started filling out information but then realized I didn't want to sign up for anything unrelated to what I was buying.
Five dollar discount offer
Hey there, as a customer at Northern Tool, I wanted to share my recent experience with you. So, at the start of my purchase, I was offered a sweet five dollar discount if I signed up with my email. I thought, why not? But then, when it came time to check out, I couldn't see anywhere to actually use the discount. It was annoying because that discount was one of the reasons I was buying in the first place. However, even with this hiccup, I gotta say, the whole ordering process was pretty smooth and easy. The website was simple to use, and I found my product without any hassle.
Power tools purchase
The shopping experience at this store was pretty good, overall. The whole process was easy and simple, which I really liked. But, I did run into a little annoyance when I tried to check my purchase details - a survey popped up and interrupted my shopping flow. It would've been better if the survey had its own tab or showed up later. However, despite this minor inconvenience, I thought the shopping experience was alright. This was my first time buying from this company, so I'm crossing my fingers that everything will turn out fine.

Ordering from this store was so easy, eh? I found what I needed right away and placed my order with no issues at all. Plus, getting free shipping because there's no physical stores close by was a nice little bonus. And let me tell you, the prices were way better than other big retailers like Amazon, E-bay, or Home Depot. All in all, it was a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.
Satisfactory selection and easy checkout
Finally found what I was looking for at a good price. They had a nice variety to choose from, and paying was easy peasy. It would be awesome though if there was a store near me. I've shopped in Miami before and always had a good experience there.

I was super disappointed by how little info they had on the website for each tool. It was frustrating not knowing key details like what it could be used for, how heavy it was, and how big it was for most items. This made it hard to figure out what to get. Some things had the info, but it wasn't the same across the board. The log mill was the only one that had enough details when I was shopping. I've had to leave stuff in my cart before because of this lack of info. It's not cool to make customers buy stuff without the info they need.
