Booking a flight
I gotta say, booking my flight was a breeze. Picking out my dates and getting my boarding pass was a piece of cake. But, things took a turn when I tried to hop on the plane and got hit with some surprise fees from the airline. It really put a damper on an otherwise smooth booking experience. If you're thinking about booking a flight, I'd say go for it with this service, but watch out for sneaky fees with airlines like Wizzair.

New clothes
The clothes I picked up were seriously awesome! I felt like a total fashion queen strutting around in them. The lady helping me out, Viviana, was just super nice and gave me some great fashion advice. They've got such a good variety in the store, I could've spent the whole day there! All in all, it was an amazing customer experience and I'd definitely rate it a perfect 10/10!

Gel polish purchase
I really liked the deals on the website. It was simple to find what I needed and check out without any issues. But I was bummed that they didn't have that awesome 9 color cream gel polish that changes with the temperature like I got before. Even so, I had a good time shopping on the site.

Great products, poor customer service
My experience with the products was great, I would totally recommend them to others. But, I gotta warn ya about the terrible customer service I got. I reached out about a problem with my order, but all I got back was unhelpful, cookie-cutter responses that didn't actually help. It was like talking to a brick wall, no real attempt to fix my issue. Pretty disappointing to get such lousy support after being so impressed with the products.
