Liberty band
I bought the Liberty band from this company, but it was too big even though I followed the size guide. When I contacted customer support for help, I was sad to get a robotic reply. What made it worse was the next response saying they wouldn't pay for return shipping, even though I already paid for the first shipping. I ended up spending more to send it back and got less money refunded than I paid. It was a really frustrating experience with terrible customer service overall.
Reckoning for IWB and OWB tactical training
I recently bought a holster for both inside-the-waistband and outside-the-waistband use for my tactical training. Sadly, I was really disappointed with it. The open-ended outside-the-waistband function didn't live up to my expectations, especially when paired with an $80 gun belt that's 1 1/2 inches thick. During my training session, everyone was curious about the brand of my holster because the front clips were too floppy and kept coming off the belt every time I drew my gun. It was really disheartening to see the product fail in such an important situation. Even though I made sure with your team that I had everything I needed, I still had to order extra clips which turned out to be a waste of money. The lack of clear information on what was included with the holster just added to my disappointment.
Holster
I was really excited about this holster at first because it looked like it was good quality and came quickly. But then things went downhill when I had to return it within the deadline. I tried calling and emailing customer service a bunch of times but couldn't get through to anyone. The lack of communication and help from the company has made me really disappointed in the product.
OWB holster
This OWB holster is amazing, eh? It hides my gun real good and feels so comfy to wear. I gotta say, it's the best holster I own. The quality is top of the line, and the craftsmanship is impressive. If you need an OWB holster, this is the one. I'm super happy with my buy, eh?
Regular Crossbreed holster customer
I've been using these holsters to hide my weapons for a while now, eh. They're comfy and tough, and they've never let me down, even on my busiest days. Belly band holster purchase
I'm super impressed with the belly band holster - it's really comfortable and functional. You can carry your gun in lots of different ways, and the kydex and leather backing keeps it nice and secure. The velcro backing also lets you customize it to find the perfect angle. I'm actually thinking about getting more magazine pouches and holsters for my other guns.
Super cool holster

Lightweight Defender OWB holster for Gen 5 G17 duty pistol with light and RDS
I just bought a holster for my Gen 5 G17 duty pistol with a light and RDS, and I have to say, I am really impressed with how good it is. The holster is well-made and fits my big pistol perfectly, it's also really comfortable to wear. Bellyband purchase
Hey there, just wanted to tell you about the awesome customer service I received at this store. I bought a BellyBand that started to fray, so I got another one. But then, the Velcro on the new one wore out. When I reached out to customer service, they were super helpful and sent me a replacement BellyBand at no cost, even though Velcro wasn't covered under warranty. The BellyBand is really comfy and works great for concealment. I definitely suggest checking out their products. Thanks again!
Multiple Holsters
I gotta say, I've stocked up on holsters from this place and I have to admit, they all fit just right. The retention is spot on and they feel so comfortable to wear. But you know, the plain old leather ones are the best in my books. However, those premium ones, they make this annoying squeaky noise that just drives me crazy. I mean, seriously, I don't need my holster making noise every time I move, especially in quiet places. But hey, you win some, you lose some, right?
Holster exchange
I sent back a holster for a swap, and the tracking says the company got it six days ago. But I haven't heard anything about my exchange yet. I emailed them but haven't got a reply. I'm bummed out because I was hoping for better customer service.
Holster replacement
I was pretty let down by my recent holster replacement purchase. Even after sending back the original one that didn't fit my gun, the replacement they sent still didn't do the trick. It's like they didn't even try to fix the problem. The customer service folks blamed it on being swamped with Christmas orders, so I ended up waiting days for them to even look into my issue. The whole situation left me feeling annoyed and disappointed with the whole buying experience. If you want things sorted out fast, I'd suggest checking out other brands.

Holster fitment issue
As a regular customer, I've always believed in the top-notch quality of this company's products. But, I gotta say I ran into some problems with the fit of two holsters I bought recently. Even though I gave them the right gun specs, both holsters didn't fit properly. I appreciate that they re-did one of them, but it was still a hassle to send the other one back. Dealing with this issue twice shows there might be a problem with quality control that needs to be fixed asap.
Bedside holster for Taurus G3
I just got a bedside holster for my Taurus G3 from this company. They were upfront about possible delays because of Covid-19, which I thought was fair. It did take a bit longer to arrive, but given everything going on, I wasn't too bothered. When it finally came, the quality of the holster was even better than I expected. It fits my gun perfectly and feels super solid. I'll definitely be checking out this company again next time I need gun accessories.
SnapSlide OWB Holsters for Taurus G3 x2

Holster clips
Yeah, so I picked up these holster clips and they fit my carry belt perfectly, like they were made for each other. But then I tried them on my other belt, which is a tad wider, and they just didn't sit right. The retention isn't the greatest when the holster isn't in use, but once it's on, it's secure as can be. All in all, I'd say the clips are pretty impressive.
Recent purchases
I recently bought some stuff from this company and I gotta say, I'm really happy with my purchases. The first things I got were a gun belt and a holster for my Ruger LCP2. I had originally bought a holster from somewhere else and right away wished I hadn't once I tried the mini-tuck from CrossBreed. It's not only more comfy, but also easier to hide. I was so impressed by the quality that I ended up ordering the SuperTuck for my Ruger SR40C too. The wait was worth it because these products are top-notch and totally worth the money.
Leather belt, three holsters (OWB, IWB), missing sticker
The stuff at this store is amazing, like the leather belt I got that fits perfectly and looks so nice. The holsters are great too, snug and comfy to wear, especially the IWB ones. But I was kinda bummed they didn't toss in a sticker for my Jeep or gun safe.
