Returns & RefundsI bought the Liberty band from this company, but it was too big even though I followed the size guide. When I contacted customer support for help, I was sad to get a robotic reply. What made it worse was the next response saying they wouldn't pay for return shipping, even though I already paid for the first shipping. I ended up spending more to send it back and got less money refunded than I paid. It was a really frustrating experience with terrible customer service overall.
