    Cancelled flight, lack of support

    So listen, my flight got cancelled and there was no other options. The airline gave the money back to Kiwi right away, but then Kiwi was all clueless for like 7 months before only giving me half of my money back. Their so-called guarantee was no help, and their insurance only covers medical stuff. If your flight ever gets cancelled, they'll for sure try to pull a fast one on you. Stay away from them at all costs!

    Flight customer service interaction

    Lately, I had to get in touch with customer service about a problem with my flight tickets. The guy I spoke to, Kurt, was so helpful and understanding. I was struggling to download my tickets on the app, and he took me through it a little bit at a time. He gave me all the info I needed and made sure to let me know what was going on.     Flexible scheduling of low cost airlines with guaranteed itinerary for a fee

    They give you lots of options for scheduling flights with cheap airlines in Europe. If one of your flights gets cancelled, they make sure you get to your destination on time by offering other routes for free or at a low cost. I even had a window seat one time! I was happy with the service and choices they offered.

    I booked a flight on this site and overall it was pretty good. But, I had some trouble with the baggage rules which made customer service not so great. However, the flights were good and on time, and the service on the plane was excellent.

    Overpriced, confused, disappointing

    I bought my tickets online and paid extra to pick my seats, but I ended up seated somewhere else because of Code Share. The mix-up with the airline I was supposed to fly with made the whole thing pretty annoying. I'd rather pay a bit more for a more seamless experience.

    TSA pre-check addition

    I had a tough time finding the phone number on the website, but after a couple of tries, I finally got a hold of customer support. They were able to put my TSA pre-check info on one of my boarding passes and even passed along the number to tech support for the other pass. It was a bit of a pain, but they pulled through in the end.

    Flights and luggage for multi-leg trip

    My experience with this company was totally unacceptable. I booked flights and luggage for a trip from the UK to South America for two of us, knowing that flight times might change. But, they not only cancelled our checked baggage without asking us, they also changed a flight time by 6.5 hours without even talking to us first. Now, we can't add luggage for our trip and they won't give us a refund, just a lousy £10 credit. We're leaving in only 2 days with no luggage, and we can't book new flights because they won't fix their mistakes.

    I was a little unsure at first since it was my first time using the service, but everything worked out really well. I didn't encounter any problems at all. One thing I would suggest is to maybe show the flight cost right away instead of waiting for passport details. This way, customers have more flexibility to review and maybe adjust their plans.

    My experience changing passenger details for my flight booking was pretty frustrating at first, eh.     Last-minute flight cancellation

    I was flying solo for the first time and with my busy schedule, time is precious. I had booked a trip to visit my friends in Calgary and had rides all set up. Just as I was getting ready to head to the airport, I received a text saying my flight was cancelled. It was a major bummer since I had everything meticulously planned out. Luckily, I called the airline and they sorted it out quickly and kindly. I was able to hop on another flight later that same day. West Jet has always been my go-to airline because of their friendly crew, skilled pilots, and overall great experience. I'm looking forward to flying with them again and avoiding the stress of last-minute cancellations in the future.

    I gotta say, booking my flight was a breeze. Picking out my dates and getting my boarding pass was a piece of cake.
