Balenciaga hoodie, Givenchy sneakers, Valentino boots
I've bought some stuff from this store a few times now, and let me tell you, each time has been totally awesome. They've got great prices, plus there are cool coupon codes you can use, so shopping here always feels like a win. My first buy was in June, when I got a super cool Balenciaga hoodie and a pair of on-point Givenchy sneakers. The quality of the stuff was even better than I expected, and the way everything was packaged was really impressive. The most recent thing I bought was a fancy pair of Valentino boots, and once again, I was blown away by how nice they were. The folks who work there really know what they're doing. I had a little problem with a product once, so I sent them an email. They got back to me super quickly and were really nice about it. Viviana, especially, went way out of her way to help me out. We sent a bunch of emails back and forth, and she even gave me a bit of money back. She really cares about making sure customers are happy. Thanks to Viviana and all the awesome experiences I've had here, I know that Antonioli is a store I'll keep coming back to. Looking forward to my next purchase!
Hoodie for son's birthday
I just got a hoodie for my son's birthday from this shop. I was really worried about it coming on time since I ordered it on a Sunday and needed it by the next Friday. I emailed their customer service to explain the situation and how important it was for my son's birthday. They got back to me quickly and said they'd do their best to speed up the delivery, but couldn't guarantee it. I kept an eye on the package with DHL after it was sent out on Thursday, and thankfully, it got there just in time the day before his birthday. I highly recommend this shop for their great customer service and dedication to making sure customers are happy.
Trainers purchased
I just grabbed a pair of sneakers from this shop after seeing they were all gone on the main website. I gotta say, I'm really happy I got them from here! The price was good and not jacked up like some other places often do. They shipped them out super quick, and I liked getting updates on when they'd arrive. I had a question about my order, and the customer service lady Deborah was awesome. She answered fast and was really helpful. I'll definitely be back to shop here again!
Valentino Beige jacket purchase
So, I just bought this amazing Valentino Beige jacket from this store and I gotta tell ya, I'm seriously impressed with it. Yeah, it was a bit pricey at €2500, but man, the quality and design are top-notch. The staff was really great too, even though at first they seemed unsure about me buying it. They fixed that real quick though, and I had the jacket in my hands within an hour of calling them. It just goes to show, you can't judge a customer by how they look or talk, eh?

Buying it was easy peasy, and my package came right on time and in tip-top shape. I've shopped at Antonioli before and every time has been awesome - good service and top-notch products.
A pair of distressed jeans
I just got myself a pair of distressed jeans from this store, and let me tell you, the whole experience was absolutely fantastic. Ordering was a breeze, no issues at all, and the customer service was just top-notch. The staff knew their stuff and helped me find the perfect pair. Yes, the jeans were a bit pricey, but the quality totally makes up for it. Delivery was fast, and the packaging was solid. All in all, I'm super happy with my new purchase.

The clothes I picked up were seriously awesome! I felt like a total fashion queen strutting around in them. The lady helping me out, Viviana, was just super nice and gave me some great fashion advice. They've got such a good variety in the store, I could've spent the whole day there! Had a problem with clothes I bought
So, eh, I recently bought some fancy clothes, but there were some issues with 'em, y'know? So I reached out to customer service, and boy, were they quick with a response! They were real helpful, even went ahead and chatted with the brand rep on my behalf. That's the kinda service that makes me feel like I can really trust this shop from now on, eh.

I wasn't too sure about ordering from this store at first because of all the bad reviews, but I'm really glad I did. My stuff got here fast, all wrapped up nicely, and just like they said it would be. The people who helped me out were friendly and quick to respond. All in all, it was a pretty awesome shopping trip.
