I recently bought something from this company and it was a real disappointment. I got a Fendi Bathing Suit from their website, but then realized I got the wrong size. So, I sent it back the same day without even trying it on. I used the original packaging and figured it would all be fine. But surprise, surprise, the company said the labels were missing, torn out, and there were marks on the suit. They straight up said no refund for me. Complete nonsense! Their lack of professionalism and lying really shocked me. Now I've got my lawyer involved and we're going to sort this out in a legal way.

I'm so bummed about my experience with this company. They say they have "free returns" but then take money out for shipping when you send stuff back. And get this - they charge a fee to return sale items too! It's just wrong, trying to trick people like that. The shoes I got were all beat up, dirty and dusty, like someone else had already worn them. This company is super sketchy, I've never dealt with anything like this before in fashion.

I had a really bad experience with this store when I tried to return something. They totally ignored my emails about the return and I had to keep bugging them to get an answer. And when I finally did send the item back, it came back damaged. And on top of that, they wouldn't give me my money back, saying I wrecked it when I didn't. So, I'm definitely not going to shop there again.
