I had a bad experience with their customer service recently. I bought a pair of pants online that were said to have a wrinkled design, but when they arrived, they looked completely different than what was advertised. When I contacted customer service to ask for a refund, they didn't listen to me at all. They accused me of wearing and washing the pants before returning them. The lady I spoke to on the phone was really rude and wouldn't let me explain my side. She was convinced that the pants had been used. The pictures they showed me as proof just showed the same features that were on the website. This whole thing made me feel really frustrated and unimportant as a customer.

I've bought some stuff from this store a few times now, and let me tell you, each time has been totally awesome. They've got great prices, plus there are cool coupon codes you can use, so shopping here always feels like a win. My first buy was in June, when I got a super cool Balenciaga hoodie and a pair of on-point Givenchy sneakers. The quality of the stuff was even better than I expected, and the way everything was packaged was really impressive. The most recent thing I bought was a fancy pair of Valentino boots, and once again, I was blown away by how nice they were. The folks who work there really know what they're doing. I had a little problem with a product once, so I sent them an email. They got back to me super quickly and were really nice about it. Viviana, especially, went way out of her way to help me out. We sent a bunch of emails back and forth, and she even gave me a bit of money back. She really cares about making sure customers are happy. Thanks to Viviana and all the awesome experiences I've had here, I know that Antonioli is a store I'll keep coming back to. Looking forward to my next purchase!

So, I just bought this amazing Valentino Beige jacket from this store and I gotta tell ya, I'm seriously impressed with it. Yeah, it was a bit pricey at €2500, but man, the quality and design are top-notch. The staff was really great too, even though at first they seemed unsure about me buying it. They fixed that real quick though, and I had the jacket in my hands within an hour of calling them. It just goes to show, you can't judge a customer by how they look or talk, eh?

So, eh, I recently bought some fancy clothes, but there were some issues with 'em, y'know? So I reached out to customer service, and boy, were they quick with a response! They were real helpful, even went ahead and chatted with the brand rep on my behalf. That's the kinda service that makes me feel like I can really trust this shop from now on, eh.

The clothes I picked up were seriously awesome! I felt like a total fashion queen strutting around in them. The lady helping me out, Viviana, was just super nice and gave me some great fashion advice. They've got such a good variety in the store, I could've spent the whole day there! All in all, it was an amazing customer experience and I'd definitely rate it a perfect 10/10!

I just bought a pair of black square-toe boots from this store and I gotta say, I was super happy with the whole thing. The delivery was crazy fast, it came even earlier than they said it would. The boots were exactly what I expected, with all the tags still on and in perfect shape. The customer service was top-notch, they were so helpful and stayed on top of everything.
