Annual subscription renewal
I recently renewed my subscription with your service for the year and to be honest, I'm not too happy with how things have been going. I paid $86 for the renewal, only to have my account suspended shortly after. I've been trying to get this sorted out for a while now, but so far, I haven't gotten any help or even a refund. Every time I ask for assistance, they ask me to send a screenshot of the receipt, which I do right away, but then I never hear back. It's been 6 months of frustration and wasted time trying to fix this, and it's really disappointing to know that my money was taken without getting the service I paid for in return. This kind of behavior just isn't right, it feels like you're stealing from me.

My husband's flight jacket was falling apart, so I had to find a new one for him. I searched everywhere until I found the perfect jacket on a website that had everything we wanted. The shopping experience at this store was pretty good, overall. The whole process was easy and simple, which I really liked. But, I did run into a little annoyance when I tried to check my purchase details - a survey popped up and interrupted my shopping flow. It would've been better if the survey had its own tab or showed up later. However, despite this minor inconvenience, I thought the shopping experience was alright. This was my first time buying from this company, so I'm crossing my fingers that everything will turn out fine.

Cruise experience in Budapest
Last night in Budapest, I went out on this awesome boat ride at night to check out all the lights. The cruise kicked off right after the sun went down, so we really got the full nighttime experience. They even had this audio guide to tell us all about what we were seeing - super helpful stuff. The champagne they had was a bit too sweet for my liking, but it's all good. Oh, and if you want a nice seat, make sure to get there early to grab one of the few spots on the top deck. If not, head on down to the lower deck for better photo opportunities without those pesky windows in the way.
