Vibrator
The selection at this store was really good, eh? I found exactly what I was looking for without any issues. The ordering process was quick and easy, and I received my product in a timely manner. As for the product itself, it has been working great so far. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience at this store, eh.
Missing pieces in order
I had a problem with my order because some pieces were missing. The customer service I got to fix it was really great. The person I talked to was super helpful and nice, and they sent out the missing pieces right away. They knew a lot about the products and really cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase. I was really impressed with how quick and professional their service was.
Pretty and powerful self-care items
I really like these self-care items, they're so pretty, soft, and well-made. Plus, they were on a good sale, so the price was just right. I tested out 2 out of the 3 items, and they really gave me some super satisfying moments. The rabbit ears were fantastic and the bullet was a pleasant surprise - great for when you're on the move. If you're considering getting them, just go for it!
Recent purchases of the massage wand
I bought two massage wands not long ago and I've been noticing that the vibration isn't staying strong for very long. On top of that, the heads of the wands get really hot after just a little bit of use. It's happening with both wands I got, and it's pretty disappointing.
Two duplicate products
I bought two of the same thing from your store, but there was a mistake in my order and I got two identical products. I tried contacting customer service for help, but it was a really bad experience. I left messages and emails, but got no reply on how to return the extra item. Even when I offered to pay for shipping, I still didn't hear back. The customer service rep, Fabiola Ramirez, was not helpful at all, which made this the worst customer service I've ever had. The lack of communication and help from the customer service team has left me frustrated and unhappy. I called multiple times, but always had to leave a message that was never returned. Dealing with this issue was really bad overall, and I won't be shopping with this company again.
wife's favorite toy
The shipping was really quick and they kept me in the loop the whole time. The product is amazing quality, and my wife is obsessed with it! It's not just any old ring, more like a little toy made just for her enjoyment. Not for any health reasons, just for a good time!
Essential toys
I just bought some essential toys from this store and I have to say, I'm pretty impressed, eh. They've got a great selection of high-quality products that really enhance the whole experience, you know? These toys are one-of-a-kind and they always live up to their promises. I was actually surprised at how discreet the packaging was, which is great for privacy and all that. The prices were fair, so it's definitely worth investing in for some bedroom fun. All in all, this is now my top choice for adult toys, for sure.
Finger messager
I bought this new finger massager and I was expecting it to be really great, but it just didn't do the trick, you know? We've gotten things from this place in the past and they've been amazing, but this time it just didn't live up to expectations. It's not a big deal, just a bit disappointing!
Cool stuff
I ordered some really awesome stuff from this place, and it was packaged really well, so nothing got damaged in shipping. It actually got here faster than I thought, even though I don't live in the States. The only issue was that the delivery person didn't have my phone number, so they couldn't drop it off. I had to go pick it up at their office.
JimmyJane Form 2 vibrator
I just got the Form 2 vibrator from the website, and let me tell you, the actual product is fantastic. But man, ordering it was such a pain. I live in Canada, and couldn't find it anywhere nearby, so I had to order it straight from the website. The shipping charges were crazy high, and when you add in the exchange rate, it ended up being a lot pricier than I expected. And then, on top of all that, I got hit with import taxes and extra fees from the shipping company, making the total cost way too much. I really like the product itself, but the ordering process was not great.
Quick order fulfillment
I was really impressed with my experience ordering from this company! They got my order out fast and even threw in a bonus item and a nice candle as a thank you. The customer service was top-notch and I really appreciate the little extra they added to my order. Thanks for such a great experience!
'Faulty product'
I bought something recently that came broken right outta the box. I tried gettin' in touch with customer service for help, but didn't hear back at first. After I reached out again, they sent me a new one the next week, but it was also busted. Even though I was bummed out at first, they sorted out my refund real quick. I gotta give 'em props for tryin' to help, but the product was a real letdown. Hopefully they'll make some changes to prevent this kinda problem from happenin' again.
Intimate pleasure device

Oh man, this toy is a bit tricky to figure out at first. I really wish there was more info on all the cool stuff it can do. But once you get the hang of it, it's seriously amazing! I'm so excited to keep playing around with it and finding out more.
Form 2 Gripp
I recently got the Form 2 Gripp, and I'm not too sure about the 'handle' on it, seems a bit much. But I've always loved my old Form 2 from 2011, and this new one is just as amazing. Jimmy Jane never lets me down with their products, and their shipping is always super fast.
Pleasure products
I just bought some fun stuff from an online shop and I was pretty happy with how it all went. Everything showed up when it was supposed to and it looked just like it did on the website. The quality seems good, but I haven't had a chance to try it out yet - can't wait though! I took off one star because I thought they could've communicated better. I never got any shipping details or tracking, which would've been nice. The prices were a bit high, but I'm hoping it's worth it in the long run.
Buyin' somethin'
I ordered somethin' online and tried to keep it a secret, but the box had a label that totally gave it away. How am I supposed to be sneaky now, eh? My doormen are definitely gonna know what I got!
New design vibrator
The old design with a stand was way better than the new charging option, eh? It's kinda flimsy and not very reliable. The new design and power button seem unnecessary and confusing, I tell ya. The motor doesn't feel as good as the old model. When I gotta replace it, I won't be getting this new version again. Overall, I'm not happy with my purchase, for sure.
Dope purchase, better than expected!
So, I ordered this thing and it turned out to be even cooler than I expected. But then they promised to let me know when they shipped it, and I never received a notification! Like, what's up with that? If they say they're gonna do something, they should follow through, you know?
New toy vibes
I was searching for a toy, and when I inquired about one they were sold out of, they were super quick to help me out. They even recommended something else that turned out to be just right for me! And to top it off, they gave me a discount without me having to ask. How awesome is that? I'm really pleased with the customer service I received, I'll definitely be returning for more toys down the road.
