The lack of communication and help from the customer service team has left me frustrated and unhappy. I called multiple times, but always had to leave a message that was never returned. Dealing with this issue was really bad overall, and I won't be shopping with this company again.

I bought something recently that came broken right outta the box. I tried gettin' in touch with customer service for help, but didn't hear back at first. After I reached out again, they sent me a new one the next week, but it was also busted. Even though I was bummed out at first, they sorted out my refund real quick. I recently got the Form 2 Gripp, and I'm not too sure about the 'handle' on it, seems a bit much. But I've always loved my old Form 2 from 2011, and this new one is just as amazing. Jimmy Jane never lets me down with their products, and their shipping is always super fast.
