I had a problem with my order because some pieces were missing. The customer service I got to fix it was really great. The person I talked to was super helpful and nice, and they sent out the missing pieces right away. They knew a lot about the products and really cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase. I was really impressed with how quick and professional their service was.

I bought two of the same thing from your store, but there was a mistake in my order and I got two identical products. I tried contacting customer service for help, but it was a really bad experience. I left messages and emails, but got no reply on how to return the extra item. Even when I offered to pay for shipping, I still didn't hear back. The customer service rep, Fabiola Ramirez, was not helpful at all, which made this the worst customer service I've ever had. The lack of communication and help from the customer service team has left me frustrated and unhappy. I called multiple times, but always had to leave a message that was never returned. Dealing with this issue was really bad overall, and I won't be shopping with this company again.

I was searching for a toy, and when I inquired about one they were sold out of, they were super quick to help me out. They even recommended something else that turned out to be just right for me! And to top it off, they gave me a discount without me having to ask. How awesome is that?
