Efficient and seamless experience
My experience with United Consumers was absolutely amazing. Ordering was super easy and the service I got was quick and friendly. I was really impressed. The prices were fair and competitive, which made it worth the money. The delivery was fast and efficient too, so I got my stuff right on time. Overall, I had a great experience with United Consumers and I would totally suggest their services to others.
Online purchases
Oh my gosh, can you believe it? Their website doesn't even have English! I had to rely on my browser's translation tool, which is super sketchy. I could be totally missing out on important information, you know? And all of their emails are in Dutch, like seriously, can't they at least offer an English option? But hey, the phone calls I had with them were alright, so I guess I can overlook that. But they really need to fix their system as soon as possible!
I've been a customer for 3 years!
I've been coming to this store for like 3 years now, and every time it's been awesome! The folks there are super friendly and helpful, the prices are fair, and my stuff always shows up real quick. I totally love shopping here and I'm definitely gonna keep doing it!
Online Account Management Dissatisfaction
My time on this website has been super frustrating. I couldn't pay my bills, check my status, or update my IBAN. What's the use of a site that's pretty much useless? To top it off, the customer service was a total joke - they didn't even try to help. I went three months without getting any invoices, and when I finally tried to pay, they said it was too late because the bailiff had to step in. What a disaster. Don't bother with this website - it's not worth the trouble just for a deal.
Gas card
I don't know what's happening with this gas card. I usually get helpful updates from the company, but I've been waiting for weeks for this gas card and still haven't got it. It's frustrating because I need it for buying fuel. And the fact that there's no communication about the delay is disappointing.
IBAN discrimination
This company is engaged in discriminatory practices with IBAN, which is not allowed. I couldn't sign up for a SIM-only plan because I couldn't make a payment of 0.01 cent. I asked if I could transfer the money from my own bank account, but they said no. They said that KPN requires this type of payment. They said if you can't make the payment, you can't sign a contract, that's it. I reached out to KPN and they said there are other payment options available. I ended up getting a SIM-only plan through KPN, which was also cheaper and everything went smoothly. If you've gone through something similar, I encourage you to report it to the Dutch National Bank. These companies should be held accountable for what they do.
Solar panel system for home
I had a pretty annoying experience with my energy provider recently. My contract with them was up, and I was waiting for a renewal offer. But guess what? They only sent it on the day my contract ended, even though I had asked for it earlier by email. I couldn't even check out other options before my contract ended, which really sucked since I wanted to see if I could get a better deal as a loyal customer.
Recent switch to U.C.
I just switched to U.C. and they said they would take care of everything. But they only got it done 27 days before my old contract ended. So, I had to pay a $100 penalty. I'm pretty upset about it. Why didn't they make the switch smoother?
Long-time customer satisfaction
I've been a customer of this company for many years now and I gotta say, I'm super happy with the service they give. They're always there for me, ready to help and quick to answer any questions I might have. Whether I'm ordering stuff, dealing with issues, or getting good deals, they go above and beyond every time. I would totally suggest their services to anyone who wants a reliable company to deal with.
No updates since 22 October 2022
Hey there, it's already October 2022 and I haven't noticed any changes or updates on my account since the 22nd. Is this normal? I've reached out before but haven't received any response. Are they trying to scam me or did they just forget about me?
Contract renewal
I recently tried to renew my contract early with United Consumers, but they said I couldn't and suggested that I switch providers instead. They explained that I would have to go through a month of variable rates before being able to renew for a fixed term at the end of my current contract. It's their way of trying to keep customers. Even though I've been with them for many years, I was treated poorly. It's frustrating to see how new customers get all the good deals while loyal ones like me get the short end of the stick. I was shocked at first, but when I called a second time and got the same answer, I realized I had no other option but to change providers. I just hope the switch goes smoothly, but now I'll be seen as a new customer to them. It's sad to see how the company's policies have shifted, and I can't stand behind this new direction.
Just bought some stuff
I ordered some stuff from this place and they actually gave me all the discounts they said they would. The customer service was really helpful and got back to me pretty fast. The only downside is that their website can be a bit confusing at times.
Customer service experience
The customer service at this company is a complete joke. It took weeks for them to even acknowledge my information and instead, they focused on the fact that I have two email addresses - seriously?! Their response to my complaint was dismissive, and they claimed they didn't have any record of me, despite sending me emails themselves. It's like they work with quill and parchment, not modern technology. Putting together a coherent response seems to be beyond their capabilities. The customer service is absolutely terrible. I finally received a response, but it was filled with nonsensical excuses. It's clear that apologies or any form of accountability are non-existent at this company. It's incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
Energy contract issue addressed by Ashley
I had a problem with my energy contract getting changed without asking me, and it really ticked me off. But, I talked to Ashley and she was super helpful and empathetic. She really listened to me and gave me the right advice on how to fix things. I'm so grateful for her patience, kindness, and eagerness to help. Thanks a lot, Ashley!
Online shopping experience
I tried to buy something online recently, but ran into a problem. When I clicked on the link to the gift shop, it just kept sending me back to the same page. It was super frustrating and felt like I was going in circles trying to get to where I wanted to go. I was bummed out that I couldn't finish my purchase and check out all the cool stuff on the website.

I was super impressed with all the stuff they had at United Consumers. The prices were so good, the discounts helped me save a bunch of money. The customer service was amazing, the staff really knew their stuff and helped me find what I was looking for. Ordering was easy and my stuff came quickly. Had a great time shopping there and will definitely go back.
