Customer service experience
Customer service experience
ServiceThe customer service at this company is a complete joke. It took weeks for them to even acknowledge my information and instead, they focused on the fact that I have two email addresses - seriously?! Their response to my complaint was dismissive, and they claimed they didn't have any record of me, despite sending me emails themselves. It's like they work with quill and parchment, not modern technology. Putting together a coherent response seems to be beyond their capabilities. The customer service is absolutely terrible. I finally received a response, but it was filled with nonsensical excuses. It's clear that apologies or any form of accountability are non-existent at this company. It's incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

Energy contract issue addressed by Ashley
ServiceI had a problem with my energy contract getting changed without asking me, and it really ticked me off. But, I talked to Ashley and she was super helpful and empathetic. She really listened to me and gave me the right advice on how to fix things. I'm so grateful for her patience, kindness, and eagerness to help. Thanks a lot, Ashley!
