CommunicationOh my gosh, can you believe it? Their website doesn't even have English! I had to rely on my browser's translation tool, which is super sketchy. I could be totally missing out on important information, you know? And all of their emails are in Dutch, like seriously, can't they at least offer an English option? But hey, the phone calls I had with them were alright, so I guess I can overlook that. But they really need to fix their system as soon as possible!

CommunicationI don't know what's happening with this gas card. I usually get helpful updates from the company, but I've been waiting for weeks for this gas card and still haven't got it. It's frustrating because I need it for buying fuel. And the fact that there's no communication about the delay is disappointing.
