For now I can only rate the process, and it's been messy and frustrating. I'm hopeful it'll get fixed, annoyed.

I bought this before a week-long road trip and I admit I hesitated — worried it’d be bulky, hard to handle, or come with cryptic instructions like other brands I’ve tried. Someone please phone me so we can fix this.

Minor gripe: packaging needs improvement. Otherwise, it does exactly what I bought it for.
