ServiceI got pinged for a review before the job was even done — weird, right? The gear showed up on time, but the installation... not so much. The first contractor they assigned ghosted me, so I had to scramble and hire someone myself (not ideal at all). Asking me to rate the service or equipment when the system isn't even running feels premature and presumptuous. Maybe once everything is installed and working I'll be more positive — I've had smoother installs with other companies, so this stands out. For now I can only rate the process, and it's been messy and frustrating. I'm hopeful it'll get fixed, annoyed.
Quietly useful on the road

OverallI bought this before a week-long road trip and I admit I hesitated — worried it’d be bulky, hard to handle, or come with cryptic instructions like other brands I’ve tried. Once it was in the van and I charged my phone and tablet it was basically nothing to fuss about. The carry handles actually fit my grip, so I moved it around and looped a ratchet strap through them to secure it to the van shelves. Ordering and delivery were smooth; no surprises. Design and clear, short instructions kept me calm instead of stressed. Haven’t tested the solar panels yet, but seems straightforward.

ServiceI'm not happy and I want a proper phone call so we can sort this out. I placed a fairly large order that never showed up in my online Anker account, and I'm not getting any of the credits that should have come with it. I've messaged support, used the chat, and called — for weeks now, feeling like I'm being passed around. The product itself is great and I use the power bank every day for work and on the commute, keeps my laptop and phone alive, but the support experience is dragging it down. Someone please phone me so we can fix this.
Small fridge, big relief

Overallget the insurance option. The feature that sold me is how quiet it runs. Like, really quiet. I have it on my patio now and sometimes forget it’s even on until I open the lid. That plus the dual batteries means I can stash extra food and keep meds cold without worrying. Bluetooth control from my phone works smoothly too; I changed the temp while making coffee. It’s solidly built and the lids seal tight. I’ve started using it as a second fridge in the kitchen on busy days. The battery charged up fast, which is useful when you need it ready right away. My mood went from skeptical to satisfied pretty quickly. If you want a dependable, portable cooler that doesn’t roar like an old generator, this is worth considering. Minor gripe: packaging needs improvement. Otherwise, it does exactly what I bought it for.
