Bouquet of mixed roses
The bouquet I got from that company was totally not what I was expecting. The flowers were all sad-looking and droopy, and the whole setup didn't match the nice one I saw online. I was pretty let down with the flowers' quality and how it all looked. I was hoping for a lovely bunch of lively roses, but what I actually got was pretty far from that.

Oh my goodness, you guys, I just got this huge bouquet of pink roses from Flora Express and let me tell you, it was absolutely amazing! The flowers were so fresh and smelled incredible, I just couldn't stop taking in their scent. The delivery guy was so friendly and brought them straight to my door, exactly on the day I asked for. The price was a little on the high side, but it was definitely worth it for the amazing quality. I am beyond thrilled with my purchase!

I got in touch with customer service to tell them how disappointed I was, but their response was kind of weak. They said they could give me a replacement, but I'd have to pay for the delivery fee all over again. Overall, it was a rip-off and I won't be using Flora Express again.
