Mother's Day gift
I ordered a lovely orchid for my mom who lives overseas and Flora2000 delivered it right on time. Didn't get to see it in person, but my mom absolutely adored it which is all that counts. I've been pleased with my previous orders too.
Reliable floral company
Having used different flower companies for many years, before and after online ordering became a thing, I've had my fair share of disappointments. Last-minute Easter flowers
Easter kinda took me by surprise this year, and I was scrambling to find a good flower shop that could deliver to my mom in time. Every Easter, I send her flowers because she's 89 and doing great. I tried a few places, but they couldn't do it until April 2nd or 3rd. Luckily, I found Flora2000. I ordered just two days before Easter, and they delivered the next day, the Saturday before Easter. Cherry blossom arrangement purchase
I ordered a cherry blossom arrangement from this website, and let me tell you, I was so disappointed with what got delivered. The picture online made it look all fancy with a bunch of flowers, but what actually showed up was a sad little plant with only a couple branches and just one tiny flower. This is the second time this has happened, and I am just so fed up with the low quality of their stuff.
Valentine's Day bouquet delivery
I just ordered a Valentine's Day bouquet to surprise my loved one, but my experience with the delivery service was really disappointing. The company's communication was all automated and delayed, which was pretty low quality. And to top it off, the flowers never even got delivered as they said they would. It's not cool that they messed up on such an important day, it makes the company seem sloppy and untrustworthy. I was really disappointed by the whole thing and definitely wouldn't recommend using their services again.

Oh man, what a bummer! I was so excited to celebrate a special day with someone special, but it all got messed up because this company didn't deliver what they promised. I tried to get some help, asked for a refund or at least some kind of answer, but got no response at all. It's really annoying to see how little they seem to care about their customers. Cake delivery to another country
I recently ordered a cake to be delivered to another country, and to be honest, my experience was not so great. Everything seemed fine at first - my bank account got charged without any issues. But then, I got an email from the company saying they needed to talk to me because they weren't sure if I was legit. That was pretty worrying, especially since my bank had already processed the payment.
Once we got that sorted out, they said the cake would be delivered. But then, they sent another email saying they couldn't deliver the cake because of where the recipient was located. Now I'm just waiting for the refund, which is making this whole thing even more frustrating. The live chat wasn't working, and it took hours to get responses to my emails. Overall, the customer service experience with this company has been pretty disappointing, especially for an international business.20 years of using the service

Weird flower delivery
I had a weird thing happen with my flower delivery getting all mixed up, but they sorted it out and the flowers finally made it to Crimea from the UK the next day. It's always nerve-wracking when you order stuff online from a new place and it's going across borders, but these guys handled it like pros. I'd totally give them a thumbs up.

The 800 number didn't work, the chat was down, and no one responded to my emails to support or "Richard". It seems like they're scamming people by charging right away and not delivering anything.

I just ordered some flowers from this company to send to my friend in the States from England. Found their website by accident and thought it would be perfect. Picked out an arrangement with a nice glass vase, cause my friend had surgery and I wanted it to be easy for them.
