Mother's Day gift
I ordered a lovely orchid for my mom who lives overseas and Flora2000 delivered it right on time. Didn't get to see it in person, but my mom absolutely adored it which is all that counts. I've been pleased with my previous orders too.

Cherry blossom arrangement purchase
I ordered a cherry blossom arrangement from this website, and let me tell you, I was so disappointed with what got delivered. The picture online made it look all fancy with a bunch of flowers, but what actually showed up was a sad little plant with only a couple branches and just one tiny flower. This is the second time this has happened, and I am just so fed up with the low quality of their stuff.

Once we got that sorted out, they said the cake would be delivered. But then, they sent another email saying they couldn't deliver the cake because of where the recipient was located. Now I'm just waiting for the refund, which is making this whole thing even more frustrating. The live chat wasn't working, and it took hours to get responses to my emails.
