I just ordered a Valentine's Day bouquet to surprise my loved one, but my experience with the delivery service was really disappointing. The company's communication was all automated and delayed, which was pretty low quality. And to top it off, the flowers never even got delivered as they said they would. It's not cool that they messed up on such an important day, it makes the company seem sloppy and untrustworthy. I was really disappointed by the whole thing and definitely wouldn't recommend using their services again.

Now I'm just waiting for the refund, which is making this whole thing even more frustrating. The live chat wasn't working, and it took hours to get responses to my emails. Overall, the customer service experience with this company has been pretty disappointing, especially for an international business.

I got flowers for my daughter's birthday and it was a total disaster. I didn't get any confirmation email and couldn't reach customer service at all. The 800 number didn't work, the chat was down, and no one responded to my emails to support or "Richard". It seems like they're scamming people by charging right away and not delivering anything.
