ComplaintsI just got a birthday flower bouquet for my friend from Flora Express, and I was so let down by the quality of the flowers. The bouquet looked all droopy when it arrived, and some of the flowers were already turning brown. It was nothing like the nice and fresh arrangement I had hoped for. I got in touch with customer service to tell them how disappointed I was, but their response was kind of weak. They said they could give me a replacement, but I'd have to pay for the delivery fee all over again. Overall, it was a rip-off and I won't be using Flora Express again.
