App & PortalI must say, the bouquet I got from Flora Express was just beautiful! The flowers were so fresh and colourful, and the arrangement was just lovely. But, let me tell you, the process of ordering was not great. The website was tough to navigate, and it took me way longer than I thought to place my order. The prices were a bit high, but I was okay with paying more for good quality. However, the delivery was a disaster. The bouquet showed up a day late, and some of the flowers were looking pretty sad. I have to admit, I was not happy about it. In the end, the bouquet itself was wonderful, but the ordering and delivery really missed the mark.
