I just ordered a little pine tree as a nice holiday present for my mother-in-law, who's living in a nursing home. The folks there told me they got the tree and said it looked really nice in her room. She was so happy and excited to get such a sweet and special gift, and it brought her a lot of happiness during the holidays. I was really impressed with how nice the tree looked and the great service from the company.

I sent my cousin some flowers for her new place and they got there right on schedule. The flowers were super pretty and she really liked them. I think they added a nice touch to her new home.

The delivery was a bit off because they left the flowers at the wrong place, but thankfully it was just one floor down. Even with that mistake, the bouquet was so pretty and even better than I thought it would be. I'd totally think about ordering from them again next time.

The communication when I ordered was great. I liked getting updates on my order. The flowers looked nice when they showed up, but they were a bit less fancy than in the picture.

I just ordered a potted plant from this company and I gotta say, it was a decent experience. The plant I got was a bit smaller than I expected based on the website pic, so that was a little disappointing. It would've been nice to know more about the size beforehand. I ordered a fancy Birthday Flower Arrangement from this company to be delivered on January 20th. However, the flowers didn't arrive on time, not on the 21st either. I was really let down by the lack of punctuality and reliability, and now I'm left wondering where the flowers are. I ordered a $90 bouquet for my mom's 79th birthday to be delivered on July 14th, but she never received it! When I contacted the flower shop, they told me there was no one available to deliver it. They sent me an email (which I never received) apologizing, but it's really not acceptable to spoil my mom's birthday like this. She had nothing to open on her special day and that's just not right.
