I just ordered a little pine tree as a nice holiday present for my mother-in-law, who's living in a nursing home. The folks there told me they got the tree and said it looked really nice in her room. She was so happy and excited to get such a sweet and special gift, and it brought her a lot of happiness during the holidays. I was really impressed with how nice the tree looked and the great service from the company.

I ordered a $90 bouquet for my mom's 79th birthday to be delivered on July 14th, but she never received it! When I contacted the flower shop, they told me there was no one available to deliver it. They sent me an email (which I never received) apologizing, but it's really not acceptable to spoil my mom's birthday like this. She had nothing to open on her special day and that's just not right.
