    Birthday bouquet mix-up

    I was really disappointed with my experience with the company. I ordered a birthday bouquet for my niece, but she ended up getting a sympathy bouquet instead, signed by people she didn't even know. The message I included could have been really awkward if it had been sent to a family that was grieving. When I called customer service, they already knew about the mix-up but didn't bother to contact me first. They offered me a $15 credit for a future order, but I just wanted a refund for the wrong order, which they didn't respond to. And on top of that, when I tried to give them feedback on their support, my ticket got closed without them even listening to me. All in all, it was a pretty underwhelming experience.

    Mother's Day Bouquets

    I ordered two bouquets for Mother's Day, one for my mom and one for my mother-in-law. The first one came on time, but the second one was a disaster. It arrived three days late and both bouquets were brown and looked dead. It really ruined what was supposed to be a special day. When I chatted with customer service, they first offered credit for future flowers, which I didn't want. After I told them how disappointed I was and that I wouldn't order from them again, they finally agreed to give me a refund. It was a frustrating experience and I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone.

    Recent Mother's Day purchase

    I recently bought some gifts for Mother's Day and had a really bad experience with the delivery service. They ended up cancelling my order without letting me know, so I had no idea anything was wrong. The payments were still pending and there were no issues with my method of payment, which just made things even more frustrating. As Mother's Day got closer, I found out that neither my mom nor mother-in-law had gotten their gifts. Urbanstems really dropped the ball on not just one, but two orders, and I was really disappointed. The lack of communication and failure to deliver the items I bought reflected poorly on their service.

    Birthday flowers

    I was so bummed out by the birthday flowers I got. When they showed up, they were all brown and droopy, totally ruining the whole surprise I had set up for my special someone's big day. The flowers were just not up to snuff, and it was pretty humiliating to hand over such a sad-looking bunch. I was hoping for some fresh, colourful flowers to add some cheer to the celebration, but instead, I got a sorry excuse for an arrangement. The whole thing was a real bummer, and I won't be dealing with them again.

    Valentine bouquet disappointment

    Today was Valentine's Day, and I was really looking forward to getting a beautiful bouquet from my daughter. But when it arrived, it was a real letdown. The vase was broken, and as I carefully tried to take the flowers out of the box, I ended up cutting my hand on the glass. To top it off, a lot of the flowers were damaged, bent, and even broken off the stems. It was so sad to see the sorry state of the "Margot" bouquet that my daughter had spent a lot of money on. It was far from the lovely moment we were hoping for. I think a refund is definitely in order here.

    Memorial service flowers delivery

    I am so incredibly disappointed with the service I received from Urban Stems. I ordered flowers for a friend's mother's memorial service, and Urban Stems really messed up. They used FedEx for delivery, but there are no local florists in the areas they say they serve on their website. FedEx didn't even try to deliver the flowers properly and quickly gave up. I wanted the flowers delivered to the church where the service was happening, but Urban Stems called me late in the day to say the church was closed and they couldn't make the delivery. I checked with the church myself, and it was open with the main entrance accessible. Turns out FedEx tried to deliver to their Mothers' Day Out program entrance instead. Even after I requested it, Urban Stems didn't try to redeliver and blamed FedEx for not caring about getting the flowers there on time for a memorial service. They finally offered to "remake" the arrangement and deliver it to my friend's house, but it's been six days since the original delivery date and the flowers still aren't there. I was so frustrated that I contacted a local florist and they delivered an arrangement within hours. The lack of care and understanding from Urban Stems throughout this whole ordeal is just not okay. I won't use their services again and will make sure to only go with truly local florists from now on.

    Flower arrangement disappointment

    I was so upset with the bouquet I got from that company. The flowers didn't look anything like the nice picture on their website. They were all sad-looking, messed up, and looked more like something you'd find in a grocery store than a fancy floral arrangement. I wish I hadn't wasted my money on it. I'd recommend going to local florists instead.

    Wilted flowers, bad service

    I've ordered flowers a bunch of times and every time they showed up looking sad and wilted. It was like they were destined to have a bad journey, always showing up droopy and unhappy. When I tried to get in touch for help, customer service was MIA. No response to my emails, it was like talking to a wall. It was really annoying and I finally decided to just give up on getting any help. I definitely wouldn't suggest this place if you're looking for fresh flowers and good customer service.

    Large bouquet order for sister's 40th birthday

    I recently bought a big bouquet of flowers for my sister's 40th birthday, but unfortunately, there were some major issues with the delivery. When I realized my sister never got the flowers, I reached out to customer service and found out there was a delay of more than 3 days. I was disappointed because they didn't offer to cancel the order or give me a refund. The lack of clear communication from the company was annoying and made me feel like they didn't care about me as a customer. And to top it off, when the flowers finally arrived, they were smaller than I expected and cost more than they should have. Overall, it was a letdown and I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone.

    I've been getting flower bouquets every two weeks for almost two years now and I have to say, there have been some really beautiful ones. But honestly, the quality and size can be a bit of a gamble. Like last month, those big roses were absolutely gorgeous, but then this time around, I got these tiny, droopy flowers with all this random green stuff mixed in, and it was way smaller. For someone like me who's been a loyal customer for so long, consistency is key when it comes to the flowers I'm getting.

    Variety of flower bouquets

    I've been a customer of this company for a while now, and I gotta say, the products and customer service just ain't what they used to be. At first, I was pretty happy with the subscription service, but lately, the flower arrangements have been real disappointing. And then, to top it off, my last delivery had the exact same pink peonies as the month before! When I contacted customer service about it, they didn't seem too bothered and didn't want to fix the issue. So, I've decided to stop using this company and I'd recommend others to do the same.

Dealt with the "Happiness Team" from the Philippines and South Africa and they weren't much help. I'd suggest skipping this place and going with FTD instead.

    I visited the website and the customer service was good, but the flowers were just awful. Even though they were wrapped in layers of packaging, they arrived with wilted flowers, broken stems, and crushed petals. And the replacement bouquet was no better, all wilted and squished. They tried to make it right by offering a credit, but I don't think I'll be coming back after this.

    Bouquet delivery experience

    I got a bouquet as a gift, but when it showed up, it was a disaster. The flowers were squished against the box lid and couldn't handle the chilly weather. I tried to save them by soaking them in warm water, but most were already dead or wilting. And on top of that, the green filler tops fell off as soon as I touched them. It was so disappointing to receive a supposedly thoughtful gift in such bad shape. I have pics to back me up!

    Birthday flowers order

    So, I ordered some birthday flowers for a friend recently and man, it was such a letdown. The flowers I picked out weren't even available on the day of delivery, so the company just decided to swap them out for some random bouquet without giving me a heads up. On top of that, the flowers ended up getting there late, after my friend had already bounced town. Dealing with customer service was a pain too, having to keep explaining why I deserved a refund. All they could offer me was a credit, which just didn't cut it considering the whole situation. Should've checked out the reviews beforehand, because the whole experience was just meh.
