Online order for child's present
I recently ordered a gift online for my kid, but unfortunately, it never showed up. Even though the order status said it was completed, I contacted customer service about the problem. I was disappointed when they just told me to send back the item with a note. How can I send back something I never got in the first place? I felt like Topps' response was robotic and didn't really help with my specific problem. Now I'm stuck without my purchase and no closer to fixing things. I'm pretty upset and annoyed by this poor service, so I'll be taking further actions to make sure this gets sorted out properly.

Memorial service flowers delivery
I am so incredibly disappointed with the service I received from Urban Stems. I ordered flowers for a friend's mother's memorial service, and Urban Stems really messed up. They used FedEx for delivery, but there are no local florists in the areas they say they serve on their website. FedEx didn't even try to deliver the flowers properly and quickly gave up. I wanted the flowers delivered to the church where the service was happening, but Urban Stems called me late in the day to say the church was closed and they couldn't make the delivery. I checked with the church myself, and it was open with the main entrance accessible. Turns out FedEx tried to deliver to their Mothers' Day Out program entrance instead. Even after I requested it, Urban Stems didn't try to redeliver and blamed FedEx for not caring about getting the flowers there on time for a memorial service. They finally offered to "remake" the arrangement and deliver it to my friend's house, but it's been six days since the original delivery date and the flowers still aren't there. I was so frustrated that I contacted a local florist and they delivered an arrangement within hours. The lack of care and understanding from Urban Stems throughout this whole ordeal is just not okay. I won't use their services again and will make sure to only go with truly local florists from now on.

Airport parking review
I recently booked airport parking through this service and, honestly, it was okay. The parking was pretty easy and saved me a bit of cash compared to the airport parking rates. But, the hotel they threw in was a letdown. The staff didn't come through on some things they said over the phone, they messed up our room booking, and the restaurant on-site didn't live up to the hype. It was just a bit of a hassle that I don't really wanna go through again.

Replacement screen protector
I bought a new screen protector to replace the ones that broke so fast, but then my account got deleted out of nowhere during a website update. So now I have to go through the whole process of signing up again and doing the warranty thing all over. And on top of that, I can't even find the receipt I need to re-register. It's just so sketchy and not cool at all. Dealing with customer service was a total nightmare. I can't believe that well-known stores sell these kinds of products.

Cystic acne treatment
I used to struggle with really bad cystic acne, but I tried Killa patches and they worked wonders. It took about 5 days for the cyst to clear up and start healing. I would use 3 patches in the evening and then the goo getter during the day. They are a bit pricey, but they are totally worth it for the relief they bring. I suggest waiting for a sale to stock up.
