Black mini automatic knife
I recently got myself a sweet black mini automatic knife from this store and let me tell you, I am super happy with it. The knife is really well-made and actually heavier than I thought it would be. It's got a closed length of about 3 inches and a 2-inch blade. This ain't my first time shopping at this store, and once again, I'm really impressed by the quality of their products. This knife is an automatic, out-the-front style, not a switchblade, which is just how I like it. It's awesome for cutting twine, plastic, and boxes, so it's definitely a handy tool to have around. The small size means I can tuck it into my front pocket no problem, which is a big win in my books. Overall, for the price I paid, including shipping, I think it's a great deal for the quality I got. I totally recommend this store to anyone looking for a solid knife.
$100 knife purchase
Ordered a $100 knife about a week ago and it finally arrived today in the mail. Gotta say, I'm really happy with the quality of the knife. The shipping took longer than I thought, which was a bit of a bummer. But, when I got in touch with customer service, the owner went ahead and refunded me the shipping costs, which was a nice surprise. It's pretty obvious that if you chat with their customer service, they'll make things right. Even with the shipping hiccup, I'm thinking of buying more of their stuff down the line, 'cause this knife is just awesome.
Knife set
I gotta say, I was totally surprised when my package showed up today out of nowhere. I had been waiting eagerly for my order, but when I checked the tracking info, it still said it was in Miami. I was getting worried that I'd been scammed, but thankfully, the package arrived unexpectedly. Even though it was a bit confusing at first, I have to admit that my experience with BladeCity was actually pretty good. The knife set I got looks amazing and seems really well-made. I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again.
Sick knife
I stumbled upon this sweet knife online and decided to order it. When I ran into some issues with my delivery, I gave them a call and had a chat with a real person who sorted out my USPS tracking questions and all that jazz. I've reached out a few more times after that and they've been super helpful each time. I'm totally convinced this place is legit. The dude even shot me a neat video to assist me with a problem I was facing. I'll definitely be buying more knives from this store!
Alien Battle Ax
I just got my Alien Battle Ax from this company and I gotta say, even though it took a bit longer than I thought to show up, it was totally worth it. The quality of the product is amazing and I'm super happy with what I got. Plus, I was pleasantly surprised by the bonus mystery free knife that came with my order.
Quality knives
I gotta say, this place has some seriously top-notch knives. And the customer service ain't too shabby either - quick and friendly. Now, as for the shipping dates, I don't get why some folks are complaining. Good things come to those who wait, eh? Plus, I reckon they make the knives fresh after you order, so it's gonna take a bit of time. All in all, I'm pretty darn satisfied with my purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone in need of some sharp blades, eh.
Incorrect Blade Model Sent
I just bought this Outlaw Stiletto Switchblade Knife-Stag from the company, but they sent me one with a USA design instead of the one I wanted. I sent them an email about it but haven't heard back on what to do about returning the wrong knife and getting the right one. But then they called me and said they're gonna exchange it for the one I wanted originally. They even said I can keep the mistaken knife they sent, which was a nice touch.
high-quality knife
I wasn't too sure about buying at first, but talking to customer service really helped. The person I spoke to was super nice and explained everything in a way that made sense. They took the time to answer all my questions and I could tell they really value their customers and the company's reputation.

Eh, so I made a purchase from BladeCity not too long ago, and I gotta say, the whole experience wasn't exactly what I was expecting, eh. I put in my order back in December, and it took forever for the stuff to show up, eh. I reached out to their customer service, and they said they'd rush the shipping, but that never happened, eh. There was even a moment where I thought about cancelling my order because of the delays. But eventually, I got my stuff and I was happy with the quality, eh. Despite the hiccups at the beginning, I'm thankful that the company came through in the end and made things right.

I got a couple of things but never got an email saying they were sent out, and I didn't get a tracking number either. That left me kinda stressed and frustrated about where my order was at. Plus, they took the money from my account real quick, which made me even more worried. But eventually, the items did show up. The company said they were swamped during a really busy time, which might've caused the delay. I get that it can be tough during peak seasons, but proper and quick communication is key to keeping customers happy.
