I finally received the actual tickets at 4:00 p.m. after asking multiple times. The lack of communication and transparency about the voucher and the delay in getting the tickets really made my experience worse overall.

I got this coat back in January, and let me tell you, it's been a total nightmare. It's been three weeks and still no coat! When I tried to cancel my order, they said it was on backorder and couldn't be cancelled, like seriously? Then in February, they ended up double-charging my credit card for a pending charge, but still no sign of that coat. I had to threaten them with reporting to the BBB and calling my credit card company before they agreed to cancel my order, and they had the nerve to charge me an extra $10.61. The customer service was a joke. They blamed Covid for their lack of response, which was so last year. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. They need to just shut down already.

I popped by Sports Chek to pick up some golf clubs for my buddy whose clubs got swiped. They had a sweet deal on women's clubs, and even though they were out of stock at my store, the manager hooked me up with a set from a different spot. I've got the clubs now and I'm really pleased with the service!

I just bought some concert tickets for my teenager from this ticket company. Turns out when my husband and son got to the venue, they were told the tickets were bogus and weren't allowed in. My son was so let down, especially because it was supposed to be his first concert. I tried contacting customer service, but they weren't very useful and said they could only refund me after getting proof from the venue. It was a real bummer for my family, so frustrating and disappointing.
