Refund not received
I just returned something to that store and didn't get all my money back. I was really bummed out about it, especially since I've heard other people have had the same problem. It looks like this happens a lot with this company, which is pretty worrying. I should've checked the reviews before buying anything, I would've been more careful. Anyway, I'm not going to shop there again.
Sneakers ordered online
I recently ordered a pair of sneakers online, but have to say, I was pretty disappointed with how it all went down. I shelled out $10.00 for shipping, only to find my package left right in my building's lobby for anyone to grab. When I figured out the sneakers were too big, I took them back to the store hoping for some help. Unfortunately, the lady working there wasn't the friendliest or most helpful, so I ended up having to return them on my own. And to top it off, they didn't even refund me for the shipping! Total bummer, right? It felt like a total scam to pay for shipping just to have my package dumped in the lobby like it was nothing. I really thought a company that charges for shipping would offer better service, but looks like that wasn't the case. Needless to say, I won't be shopping there again.
Outdoor jacket and hiking boots
The products I bought were top-notch, but I gotta say, the customer service was a letdown. The people I talked to didn't seem like they knew what they were doing, and they often gave me wrong info which got me pretty frustrated. And don't even get me started on the rewards program – it's outdated and a pain to use. Waiting four months to cash in rewards is just not practical, and not getting points back when I return stuff is a downer.
Winter jacket
Ended up buying a winter jacket online and was so pumped, but ended up not getting the discount I was told about. Contacted customer service and they said I'd get an email in 24 hours, but it never came. Ended up just ordering the same jacket from Amazon without the discount.
Recent purchase of various clothing items
I'm really bummed out about my recent online shopping experience. I've been a regular customer and have bought a bunch of stuff from this store before, so I was pretty surprised by all the problems I had with my recent orders. I tried to buy the same item three times, and each time it got cancelled because they didn't have it in stock. What made it even worse was that I double-checked with a customer service person before making my last order, and they said it was available. It ended up being a big waste of my time.
Travel blazer
Oh man, this is brutal! I ordered a travel blazer for my upcoming trip two weeks back, and can you believe it? It still hasn't shown up! Like, what's the deal, eh? My trip is fast approaching and I don't even care about it anymore. All I keep getting is some dumb message saying it'll arrive the day prior, like come on. Your ordering and delivery service is absolutely the worst, eh! I swear, I'm never shopping here again. How am I supposed to return something that never even made it to me?
Recent purchase of two items
The stuff I bought recently is really top-notch. I got two things, different sizes, and they fit just right and are super high quality. I've been wearing them in all kinds of crazy weather, and they're holding up great. Customer service was quick to help with an issue I had with my order, and they handled it really well. The brand has been keeping up their high standards for years, and I love how much care goes into their products.
Ordered coat, late delivery
I got this coat back in January, and let me tell you, it's been a total nightmare. It's been three weeks and still no coat! When I tried to cancel my order, they said it was on backorder and couldn't be cancelled, like seriously? Then in February, they ended up double-charging my credit card for a pending charge, but still no sign of that coat. I had to threaten them with reporting to the BBB and calling my credit card company before they agreed to cancel my order, and they had the nerve to charge me an extra $10.61. The customer service was a joke. They blamed Covid for their lack of response, which was so last year. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. They need to just shut down already.
8 winter coats
I bought so many winter coats from that store and I really liked their stuff, but then my wife's coat broke and they wouldn't fix it. I'm really upset about it because now I have to let all my customers at my shop know about it.
Cirrus jackets review
I've been a loyal customer of Eddie Bauer for years now, buying several Cirrus jackets as gifts for my family. But I recently had a bad experience with one of the jackets. After I washed it for the first time, the bottom edge seam opened up and feathers started coming out. This surprised me because my other jackets were still going strong and being used regularly. When I tried to return the jacket for repair or a replacement, the company wouldn't help me at all. Even though the jacket was just over a year old, Eddie Bauer said no to helping me out. I'm really disappointed with this lack of customer service, especially after all the support I've given the brand over the years. It seems like they care more about the looks than the functionality now, making products that can't withstand normal outdoor wear and tear. I'm not happy with this experience at all, and I'd warn others to think twice before relying on Eddie Bauer's outdoor clothing to hold up.
Credit refund to Visa card
I'm bummed about not getting my credit refund on my Visa card yet. I sent back the item back in February 2024 and now it's April 1st and still no sign of the refund. Dealing with customer service has been annoying too, cause I've been struggling to talk to a real person and submit a service report online.
Winter jacket purchase
I bought a winter jacket from the store but had a bad experience with customer service. The whole process from ordering to receiving the item was disappointing. It took way too long for the jacket to arrive, and when I tried to return it for a refund, the responses and help I got were not very useful. Overall, I was not happy with the service I received.

Hey there, so I bought these black pants online from this company on March 6th and let me tell you, it was a total mess. I even paid extra for the 3-day delivery, but my order never showed up. Come March 12th, I decided to call their customer service to figure out what was going on, but all I got was a lot of back and forth. The person I talked to didn't seem to have a clue and couldn't give me any updates on where my package was. They basically told me to go on waiting for another 4 days and then call back if it still hadn't arrived. When I asked what they would do if my order never appeared, they had no answer. Dealing with someone who didn't know how things worked at the company was super frustrating. Definitely crossing them off my list of places to shop from.

Like, how can they be so incompetent and not own up to their mistakes? It just ain't right for any company, especially now, you know? It seems like they're hoping people will give up and not fight for their money back, and that's just plain wrong, eh. As a long-time customer, I've always thought Eddie Bauer was a good company with quality products. But, my recent experience with their customer service left me really let down. Recent underwhelming purchase
Eh bud, ya know, I've been comin' to this store for years now and I gotta say, I've been seein' a real drop in the quality of their stuff, the customer service, and just overall bang for your buck. It's kinda sad to see a brand that I used to trust not comin' through like they used to. I still got some classic tall-sized women's work pants and maxi dresses from this store that I love, but it seems like they're movin' away from those timeless pieces. And let me tell ya, tryin' to return stuff now is a real pain, even when the items don't match what they show on the website. All in all, the drop in standards has really left me feelin' disappointed and not sure if I wanna keep buyin' from 'em in the future.
Coat purchase
Hey there, just wanted to share about this new coat I got. Honestly thought it would be warmer, but it's not cutting it. Been a fan of this brand for a while, but this coat only has 1 inside pocket and 4 outside ones. My old one had way more and kept me toastier. Barely even worn the new coat 4 times since buying it, not feeling it. Going back to buying shirts and pants instead. Peace out, eh!

I bought this outdoor jacket from this company recently and honestly, it was a total letdown from start to finish. The website said I'd get it in 5 to 7 days, but that was way off. When I asked about my order, they said I had to wait an extra 11 days after that initial timeframe, which was not cool at all. And when I tried to cancel because of the crazy delay, they said I had to get the item first before cancelling. That just seemed so unreasonable and left me feeling pretty annoyed with their customer service. I definitely won't be buying anything from them again.
