I was hesitant to order from overseas at first, but the amazing reviews convinced me to give it a shot. I have to admit, I was really impressed! The backpack cover is really high quality and it got to me in just 4 days all the way from the UK to Australia. That's even quicker than some orders I've made in Canada! I'll definitely be placing another order soon.

I recently bought two coats from this company - one puffer and one winter coat. It's a bummer, but I've been having trouble with the zippers on both coats. It seems like the quality isn't up to snuff, since I had to replace one of the coats because of zipper problems. The cost of getting a new zipper was almost as much as the coat itself, which was a letdown. I was really hoping for top-notch quality with these Canadian-made products, but sadly, they didn't quite measure up.

I bought a winter jacket from the store but had a bad experience with customer service. The whole process from ordering to receiving the item was disappointing. It took way too long for the jacket to arrive, and when I tried to return it for a refund, the responses and help I got were not very useful. Overall, I was not happy with the service I received.
