Eid outfit
My experience with this online store was really disappointing. I ordered an outfit for Eid and paid extra for faster shipping to make sure it would get here on time. But, after the date they said it would be shipped by came and went, I got an email saying it was out of stock. This was even after someone from customer service told me my outfit would arrive before Eid. The lack of communication and not caring about keeping customers happy was really upsetting. It's obvious that they need to work on managing orders better if they want to keep people coming back.
Recent purchase of modest clothing
I recently bought some modest clothing and I gotta say, my experience with East Essence was not great. Their customer service was basically nowhere to be found - my order was stuck in "unfulfilled" status for way too long. I was pretty bummed when I realized I got my order from Modanisa, a competitor, way before East Essence even shipped mine. On top of that, Modanisa has way better prices. So, my advice is to stay away from East Essence and check out Modanisa for better clothes, service, and faster delivery. Trust me on this one!
Delayed shipping, poor quality, inaccurate sizes
Shipping took forever, the quality of the products is just awful and the sizes are all wrong. I wouldn't suggest buying from them at all, you might as well go on a trip to South Asia for better clothes at similar prices. Plus, you get to enjoy the wonderful culture there.
Hijabs and abayas
I just bought some hijabs and abayas online, and I gotta say I was super let down by what I got. The website made them look amazing and top-notch, but when they arrived, they were seriously the worst quality ever. It was obvious they were sent directly from overseas, and the company wouldn't even give me back the pricey shipping fees. It's not cool to trick customers into buying crappy stuff like that.
Unhappy with return policy
I had a bad experience with the return policy at this online store. I bought something that didn't fit me, so I wanted to return it. But it was a struggle. I tried to contact customer service many times, but they never got back to me about my return. So, I ended up losing both my money and the item. I recommend not returning things to this store.
Wrong color, delayed delivery, poor customer service
I recently ordered something from this online store, and honestly, it was a pretty bad experience. What I got was a totally different color from what I picked out, and it looked nothing like the photos on the website. It felt like a total gamble, you know, like you never knew what you were gonna end up with. I tried reaching out to customer service, but it took forever to hear back from them. Finally, I was able to send the item back within the 30-day return window, but it got sent back to me because no one signed for it. This kind of service is just not cool, especially for a company that focuses on serving the Muslim community. I won't be giving them my business again, that's for sure.

Unfortunately, my recent experience with this company hasn't been great. I placed an order in April, but it's been delayed multiple times. Even though I got store credit for the delays, I still haven't received what I ordered. It's been really frustrating with daily promises of my order coming soon but no sign of it actually arriving. I wouldn't suggest buying from this company unless you're okay with waiting a long time.

I recently bought something from this website and I gotta say, the whole process was pretty simple. I gotta say, I'm pretty let down by the service I got from this company. The sizes of the clothes I bought were good, and the prices were fair, but man, the time it took for my order to be shipped and delivered was just way too long. Like, c'mon! Waiting that long is just not cool. I get that delays happen, but this was just too much. I gave them a few chances, but the slow shipping never got better. It's a shame, really. If they could get their act together and speed things up, I might give them another shot. But for now, I think I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

The Abayas are cut modestly and they are lined, which I really like. Plus, being able to customize the length is a great option. The quality of the fabrics is top-notch, especially with my favorites being kashibo and crepe. And I can't forget to mention their modest swimsuits, which I absolutely love. Overall, East Essence is my favorite store for modest clothing and I definitely plan on continuing to shop there, Insha Allah.

Long Abayas, perfect order
I recently came across this online store for Islamic clothing and let me tell you, I was really impressed. A sister from my local mosque told me about East Essence, so I decided to give it a shot. I got some long Abayas in the 60-inch length because I'm pretty tall and struggle to find clothes that fit well in regular stores. I was so happy when my order arrived in perfect condition. I've actually made three orders already and I'm already thinking about my fourth LOL. The sizes are spot-on, the collection is awesome, the fabrics are nice, the quality is top-notch, and the prices are really good. I no longer have to worry about getting my Abayas tailored for the perfect fit because East Essence has got everything I need. I definitely recommend this company to any sister in search of great Islamic clothing options.

OMG! So, like, I got this super cool Abaya from this one place online, and it's, like, amazing! The fabric is so soft, the colors are, like, perfect, and the design is, like, so pretty! And guess what? It got delivered, like, super fast! I was kinda scared to buy online 'cause, like, I had bad experiences before, but this time everything was just perfect! I even got emails back super quick when I had questions. I'm, like, so happy with my Abaya, thank you, thank you, thank you!
