CommunicationMy experience with this online store was really disappointing. I ordered an outfit for Eid and paid extra for faster shipping to make sure it would get here on time. But, after the date they said it would be shipped by came and went, I got an email saying it was out of stock. This was even after someone from customer service told me my outfit would arrive before Eid. The lack of communication and not caring about keeping customers happy was really upsetting. It's obvious that they need to work on managing orders better if they want to keep people coming back.
