My partner and I went on a cruise around Poole Harbour and Brownsea Island recently. It lasted about an hour and our guide shared some cool stories about the different things we saw along the way. As someone who travels a lot, I was really looking forward to going to Jordan with this company. But things took a turn for the worse when I tried to get in touch with them because of the conflict in the area. Every time I called, the line was dead and I started to feel frustrated and worried about my safety. Finally, when I did get through, I was surprised to learn that they wouldn't give me a full refund, despite the situation. The customer service rep I talked to was no help at all and didn't even say sorry, which made me feel like they were trying to rip me off. It was a letdown and now I'm not keen on booking with them again. I'd tell others to be careful too.

I thought great, I'd rather do this over the phone instead of online. So, I gave them a call. Turns out, I was told I couldn't actually order over the phone, which was a real letdown. I think Contact Lenses should make it clear in their emails so they don't mislead people like me who prefer ordering over the phone for security reasons. Allowing phone orders not only helps folks like me feel more secure, but it could also bring in more customers who are worried about online scams.

I love my new glasses and I felt really well taken care of. Compared to other places I've been to, I totally recommend this place for their great service and friendly staff.

I got my family member this awesome jacket for Christmas and it's amazing! He really likes it and looks super cool wearing it. The quality is so good, it's just great. But I was a bit annoyed about having to pay extra fees for shipping and handling, and then there was this odd warehouse fee on top of that. I've never had to deal with a fee like that before, and it's pretty frustrating. Formula One is already loaded with cash, so it seems a bit greedy to make us pay even more. As a customer from up in Northern Alberta, I gotta say I was really let down by the winter boot choices. I noticed a big difference between what they had for guys and gals when it came to warm and waterproof boots. When you live in a place where the cold can hit crazy lows, you absolutely need the right footwear. It was frustrating to see there weren't many "Bog" style boots for women, especially when you're looking for something that can handle below -40 temps. It's pretty rough to see such a bias towards one gender when it comes to important winter gear. I believe that in this day and age, women should have practical and functional choices that suit their needs in extreme weather.
