iPhone GRID frames
I've bought seven iPhone GRID frames from this studio, and I gotta say, I'm super happy with all of them. The quality and attention to detail are top-notch, especially in my fave GRID-1. These frames are a must for any Apple fan or tech junkie. The way the components are displayed is truly beautiful, making them stand out as unique showpieces.
High-value order issue
I had a problem with a big order I made that cost me over $1000. I tried to get help with the delivery a few times, but no one was useful. Now I'm scared that my order won't show up and that I got tricked. I really don't recommend using this service.
Customized photo grid
I recently got a custom photo grid from this studio and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with everything. New phone case and popsocket
So, I was all excited when I got this really awesome phone case and popsocket from this shop, eh? But then, the shipping got all messed up, you know? But they ended up sending me a replacement and threw in a freebie to make up for it. Then, wouldn't you know it, the original package showed up a few days later and they even covered the cost of shipping the replacement back. It was such a great customer experience, eh!
Framed artwork purchase
I just got the framed artwork I ordered from Grid Studio and it was definitely worth the wait. Even though the delivery took a bit longer than expected, the customer service was top-notch. I placed my order at the end of February and after almost two months, I finally got the beautifully framed artwork. It got lost at SG airport on March 9th, which was out of the seller's hands. But as soon as the logistics company confirmed the loss, Joe from Grid Studio quickly sent me a new package. It was well-packaged and arrived in perfect shape.
Abstract art print purchase
I was blown away by the abstract art print I bought from this studio, eh? The quality of the print, the fantastic service, and the overall customer experience totally exceeded my expectations, ya know? Even though it took a bit longer to arrive, it was obvious it wasn't the company's fault. When I got the product, I was so happy to see it wrapped in this beautiful custom paper with the company's logo stamp, eh? The attention to detail and effort put into packaging really showed how dedicated and artistic they are. It's obvious this studio cares about their products and wants to make sure customers are happy, eh?
Metal frame photography purchase
I recently bought a metal frame photo from Grid Studio and I must say, it was a pretty good experience overall. The design of the product and how it was packed for shipping was really impressive, making a great first impression. I was grateful for the effort put into making sure the item arrived in perfect shape. However, when I opened the frame, I found some rusty parts inside. It was kind of a letdown since others had gotten flawless frames, so I ended up giving my review one less star. But even with that hiccup, I still really like the product and hope to get a nicer one next time.
Framed Art Purchase
At first, I was kinda unsure about buying it because the payment and shipping were done by different sellers. But when I finally got my framed art, all my worries disappeared. Beautiful product, qualitative frame, excellent packaging, accessories included
I just bought something really nice from this studio and I was so happy with how it all turned out. The frame was top-notch and the packaging was great. It came right on time, packed really well, and even had some spare glue and hooks for hanging on the wall. They also wrapped it up like a gift, which was a lovely surprise. Customized framed photo print
My first experience with Grid Studio wasn't the greatest because I had to send a bunch of emails before getting a response. But once we started talking, it turned out amazing. The product was even better than I expected in terms of quality and craftsmanship. Even though they weren't the quickest with communication, the product itself was a beautiful work of art just like they said it would be. The packaging was really nice too, making sure the product arrived in one piece. There's definitely room for improvement when it comes to communication and keeping promises, but in the end, it was totally worth the wait.

Hey there, just wanted to share that I bought a super cool iPhone recently and my experience with the company was amazing. The delivery of my order was way faster than I thought it would be when I ordered online. It's always so nice when you get your package ahead of schedule, isn't it?
Framed Artwork
I recently bought a framed artwork from your studio and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with it. The design and how it's all put together is really well done and looks great. I was so impressed that I actually bought another frame from you guys. Big shoutout to whoever did the packaging, that artwork came in pristine condition. But a couple of things kinda bothered me. It was a bit of a struggle to get rid of the protective film on the glass, and there's still some plastic stuck between the glass and frame. On top of that, there were some black specks or dust inside the frame which kinda takes away from the beauty of the artwork. I'm hoping you guys can fix these issues in the future to make the customer experience even better. Cheers!
Concept decent, execution lacking
I really like the idea behind this product, but I was let down by the way it was actually put together. When I got it, there were marks all over the frame and the white backing seemed really cheap. It definitely didn't have that high-end feel that was shown on the website. Pretty disappointing, to be honest.
Tech art piece
The Tech art piece is a must-have for anyone into tech and art. The packaging was really well done, with strong plastic protecting the box and a nicely wrapped frame sealed with wax. Framed product arrived damaged
I got the picture frame and it was damaged at first. But then, the customer service team got in touch right away and said they'd send me a new one even though it was out of warranty.
A couple of weeks later, I got a brand new replacement that was all sealed up perfectly. Their amazing customer service totally changed my opinion and I'm really happy with how things turned out. I totally recommend this company because they really care about keeping customers happy.iPhone presentation frame
At first, I wasn't sure about buying from a company I'd never heard of, since I didn't know anything about their reputation. But, when I got the iPhone presentation frame from them, I was really impressed with how well-made it was. That first purchase not only showed me that the company was legit, but also made me want to get another frame for my iPhone 3G. My devices look amazing with these frames on, and I'm definitely going to keep an eye out for more stuff from this company in the future.

This frame is just so awesome! I saw the design on the website and it looked really nice, but in person, it's even better than I thought. It would be a great gift for someone special, no need to wrap it up! The delivery was pretty quick, especially coming all the way from the UK. Cool poster
Hey buddy, so I got this really awesome poster from Grid Studio, but man, it took forever to get to me. I paid for fast shipping and all, but it still took nearly a month to show up. On the plus side though, their customer support was top-notch. I left a negative review and they actually emailed me back within 20 minutes with an apology and a refund! That was pretty impressive and definitely made up for the long wait.
