CommunicationMy first experience with Grid Studio wasn't the greatest because I had to send a bunch of emails before getting a response. But once we started talking, it turned out amazing. The product was even better than I expected in terms of quality and craftsmanship. Even though they weren't the quickest with communication, the product itself was a beautiful work of art just like they said it would be. The packaging was really nice too, making sure the product arrived in one piece. There's definitely room for improvement when it comes to communication and keeping promises, but in the end, it was totally worth the wait.
