I got the picture frame and it was damaged at first. But then, the customer service team got in touch right away and said they'd send me a new one even though it was out of warranty.
A couple of weeks later, I got a brand new replacement that was all sealed up perfectly. Their amazing customer service totally changed my opinion and I'm really happy with how things turned out. I totally recommend this company because they really care about keeping customers happy.
