DeliveryI had a problem with a big order I made that cost me over $1000. I tried to get help with the delivery a few times, but no one was useful. Now I'm scared that my order won't show up and that I got tricked. I really don't recommend using this service.

DeliveryI just got the framed artwork I ordered from Grid Studio and it was definitely worth the wait. Even though the delivery took a bit longer than expected, the customer service was top-notch. I placed my order at the end of February and after almost two months, I finally got the beautifully framed artwork. It got lost at SG airport on March 9th, which was out of the seller's hands. But as soon as the logistics company confirmed the loss, Joe from Grid Studio quickly sent me a new package. It was well-packaged and arrived in perfect shape.

DeliveryHey buddy, so I got this really awesome poster from Grid Studio, but man, it took forever to get to me. I paid for fast shipping and all, but it still took nearly a month to show up. On the plus side though, their customer support was top-notch. I left a negative review and they actually emailed me back within 20 minutes with an apology and a refund! That was pretty impressive and definitely made up for the long wait.
