Perfect wedding ring
I just bought a wedding ring from this jewellery store and let me tell you, I am super impressed with how nice it is. The ring fits perfectly and I am absolutely thrilled with it. The only downside was that I had to use a middleman for shipping because they don't ship worldwide. It would be awesome if they could start offering shipping to more places to help out us international customers.

Outdoor gear
I just went to the store to buy some outdoor gear, and let me tell you, the service was amazing! The staff, especially John, David, and Craig, were super helpful and knew their stuff. John, especially, went out of his way to talk to me and answer all my questions. I felt like they really cared about me as a customer. The whole experience was awesome, and I'll for sure be going back for more gear in the future.

OMG, the products are so beautiful! I grabbed the shower gel and lotion that smell incredible. They are definitely my new favorites! The customer service was fantastic as well. I ordered a gift and paid extra for next day delivery, but it arrived late. Cowshed apologized and refunded the delivery fee. Such a kind gesture! I'm over the moon with happiness!

recent purchase of a winter coat
So, let me tell you about my recent experience with this company... It's been a total nightmare, eh. I ordered a winter coat from them and waited a whopping three months just to get it, eh! I tried to cancel the order a bunch of times through different ways, but it still showed up. Their customer service folks were totally unhelpful, and they even told me to go bug my bank for a refund - like, what? That's just not cool, eh. They said they'd send me a check, but surprise, surprise, it never showed up. When I asked about it, they said the bank was holding the money. Like, how can they be so incompetent and not own up to their mistakes? It just ain't right for any company, especially now, you know? It seems like they're hoping people will give up and not fight for their money back, and that's just plain wrong, eh. I'm super disappointed in how they've handled everything, and you bet I won't be shopping with them again.
