    Birthday treat at Lazy Lake

    I went to this place with my best friend for a birthday celebration and it was so much fun! We relaxed in a hot tub with salts overlooking the lake, explored the relaxation area, steam room, ice room, and sauna. We even received complimentary face masks and water! It was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable, I definitely suggest checking it out!

    Data privacy and security concern

    I recently had an issue with my data privacy and security at Cowshed. Even though I hadn't bought anything lately, I started getting emails and surveys about an order I didn't make. This got me worried because I didn't see any charges on my credit cards. I was stressed about how they were handling my info. But, I was happy with how their support team dealt with it. They got in touch quickly, looked into it, and found out it was just a mistake at a physical store. They reassured me that there was no breach of my info, which was a relief. The way they took the problem seriously and fixed it fast showed they really care about keeping their customers' data safe. In today's world, where data privacy is a big deal, I was impressed and felt better thanks to Cowshed's response.

    Manicure kit for sensitive skin

    I bought a manicure kit from this store recently to pamper my hands, which have been feeling the effects of winter. My skin is sensitive and can react badly to some products, so I really appreciated Chloe's guidance on the cream and cuticle oil ingredients. I've tried both products now and I'm happy with how they've worked for me. The nice scent of the products was a nice touch. I also found out that these are the same products used in their spas, which got me thinking about treating myself to a spa day at one of their locations next time I'm in London.

    Massage experience

    I went to the spa with my daughter for a massage not long ago, and honestly, we were disappointed with the experience. It was pretty basic, especially for the price we shelled out. It definitely didn't compare to the massages we've had before. The manager we talked to seemed totally uninterested and only gave us a small refund after some pushing. So yeah, our birthday treat ended up being a bit of a letdown, unfortunately.

    OMG, the products are so beautiful! I grabbed the shower gel and lotion that smell incredible. They are definitely my new favorites! The customer service was fantastic as well.
