Honestly, I totally forgot about my spa voucher gift for a whole year, but when I finally remembered and got in touch, Eleanor was super quick to respond and extend the expiry date without any problems. I was really impressed by the great customer service and I'm so excited to finally relax and enjoy my spa treatment.
