Quick access to Louvre with a guide to Mona Lisa
We booked that speedy access to the Louvre Museum, with a guide to take us right to the Mona Lisa. We got in real quick, checked out the art, then stuck with the guide who showed us the coolest spots in the museum. He was super friendly and useful. I totally suggest this tour if you wanna see the top artworks at the Louvre in a jiffy!
d'Orsay museum tickets
I finally received the actual tickets at 4:00 p.m. after asking multiple times. The lack of communication and transparency about the voucher and the delay in getting the tickets really made my experience worse overall.
Guided tour of The Louvre
Oh man, what a disaster! Our experience with this company was just brutal. We shelled out $120 for a guided tour of The Louvre, and our guide just up and left early because everyone else showed up except for us, even though we were there on time. When we tried to make a complaint at the company's store, the woman working there was so rude and totally unhelpful. She actually had the nerve to suggest we book and pay for the tour all over again for the next day. Like, seriously? That kind of service and customer treatment is just not okay at all.
Overpriced museum tickets
I bought tickets from this company for a museum visit and it was a huge letdown. I got a confirmation of my payment thinking that would be all I needed to get in. But when I got to the museum, they told me I needed actual tickets from the company. I had to buy new tickets at the museum for way cheaper, and I felt totally ripped off and angry. Don't trust this company.
Half-day city tour
What a bummer! The company I booked with didn't seem to have any ethics or sense of duty. They just grabbed my cash and didn't bother to make sure I had a decent time. The tour was so-so and I left feeling like I totally threw away my time and money.
Monet's Giverney Tour
I went on a tour of Monet's Giverney recently and it was amazing. Our tour guide, Eve, really knew her stuff and shared interesting information with us the whole time. She was friendly, accommodating, and you could tell she loved what she was talking about. The company was on time and made everything easy, making the whole experience smooth and fun. I would definitely suggest this tour to anyone who wants to see the beauty of Monet's Giverney.
Chaotic visit to Versailles Palace
My recent visit to Versailles Palace with Paris City Vision was a bit of a disaster. Everything started off on the wrong foot with the tour bus being super late, messing up our whole plan. The guide seemed like they weren't ready and didn't have what they needed, which just made things take even longer in the blazing hot sun. The tour of the palace felt like it dragged on forever, which didn't leave us with much time to enjoy the gorgeous gardens. And to top it all off, the company was terrible at keeping us in the loop, giving us mixed messages about when we were supposed to leave and ignoring our questions. It all ended with us confused and frustrated, left on some random bus with no clear directions. It was a real mess.
Eiffel Tower tour booked in March
So I had gotten tickets for that tour of the big pointy tower back in March, and when I finally made it there in June, turns out it got cancelled ‘cause of some people striking or whatever. Didn’t even find out ‘til I got there, and they didn’t wanna give us our money back right away. I had to keep bothering the CEO with emails for a whole month just to get my cash back. Can you believe that?
Disneyland Park with Transport Passes
I went to Disneyland Paris with my two boys for the first time ever! We were so excited to go on all the rides and meet our favorite Disney characters. We booked our tickets with transportation included through this company, but it turned out to be a disaster. We couldn't find the meeting point for the transport, and we tried calling and emailing customer service multiple times with no response. We ended up spending extra money on an Uber and wasted precious time waiting for our tickets. When we finally got through to someone, they were rude to us and made us wait even longer for our tickets to be emailed. We had such a terrible experience and it ruined our day at Disneyland Paris. We were so disappointed and upset that this company treated us this way, especially on our special trip.

I had a really awful experience with this tour company that just made me so frustrated and disappointed. I had booked a trip to Versailles and made sure to have all my paperwork like my voucher and booking number ready. But when I got there on the day of the tour, they told me my booking had been cancelled by my travel agent, even though they gave me the voucher. Then the guide tells me I gotta pay again if I still wanna go on the tour, which really felt like they were pressuring me and backing me into a corner. I ended up having to pay them again, just so I wouldn't get left behind. It's just not right, I mean, this kind of shady and unprofessional stuff is just not cool at all. It really left a bad taste in my mouth.
Monet's Gardens full day tour
My experience with this tour company was so disappointing and frustrating. I booked a full day tour to Monet's Gardens, but they stuck me on a bus with folks who just booked a half-day tour. So there I was, stranded two hours outside of Paris with no clue how to get back. The tour guide didn't even bother to tell us about the second bus to Paris. I waited in the parking lot for an hour, asking all the bus drivers, but no luck. I tried calling customer service, sending messages on WhatsApp, and even contacting the tour guide directly, but no one helped me out. I had to call an Uber, paying extra just to get back to Paris. Their customer service was basically non-existent, they barely tried to fix things. Even when they admitted their mistake, they wouldn't refund me for the Uber. It made me feel so ignored and disrespected. Bottom line, be careful if you're thinking of booking with this tour company because my experience was a huge letdown.
Eiffel tower tour and bus tour
My time with the bus tour and cruise was really disappointing, eh. It was hard to fully enjoy the tour without headsets on the bus, and the confusion at the cruise departure point just left me feeling frustrated, you know? The company didn't seem to show much care or help during these situations, which was a bit disheartening, especially with my little one in tow. My daughter was so upset by it all that we ended up cutting our trip short and heading home early, even though it was supposed to be a special birthday surprise for her. Overall, a pretty disappointing experience, eh.

Sorry for the confusion, the meeting times were all over the place and I ended up joining a different tour group. It was a struggle to find the right bus.
Dinner cruise booking
So, I booked this really cool dinner cruise, eh? But, like, they totally messed up the date in the confirmation. Such a bummer, eh? I tried to cancel on the same day, but the company didn't even try to help. Like, come on, show some respect for the customer, you know? They didn't offer any other options, and that's just not cool. Definitely not gonna recommend this company to my friends.
City tour and Moulin Rouge tickets
The whole experience was just terrible, eh? I booked a City tour and tickets for the Moulin Rouge. I sent them an email asking about the seating at the theater, but I never heard back from them, you know? Then, on the day of the city tour, the bus broke down right at the beginning, which was a real bummer. The guide didn't even say sorry and said we'd get a refund, but when I asked for it, they only gave me a small portion of what I paid for the tour. And to make matters worse, the seats we were given at the theater were right at the back. What a letdown, eh?
Tour bus experience
My experience with this tour bus company wasn't the best. The bus left late by 20 minutes, and the whole process of getting off the bus and going through gate A was a mess and just wasted time. We were given way too many instructions we didn't need and ended up waiting in line longer than necessary. When it was time to go back to the drop-off point, the bus showed up with a whole new group of people, and we couldn't get back on right away, causing even more delay. They even had to circle back around the palace because some folks weren't there, even though they were told to be on time. All in all, the lack of organization and constant delays really took away from the whole experience.
Waste of Money
The tours from this company were a total disaster, eh? The tour guide didn't know much about the landmarks and could hardly speak English. The rest of the group felt the same, so we ended up just wandering around on our own, eh.
Eiffel Tower ticket purchase
I was totally feeling like a clueless tourist when I got tickets to go see the Eiffel Tower from this travel agency. I shelled out 135€ for three tickets, thinking we'd get to skip the line and have an app to help us out. But nope, we stood in that crazy long line with no special treatment, and the app was useless. And on top of that, the tickets we got were only valued at 49€. It felt like a total scam and definitely stressed us out with that lengthy wait.
