I spent most of the show worrying about this, which is annoying because it soured the evening.
In the end I got an Uber to be safe, which cost me £12.73 — I kept the receipt. I also did the math afterwards and worked out that what I paid for the full package didn’t match the value of the show and champagne alone, so I’m asking for the difference. I realize the company might not have been able to control every road closure, and the rep did try to help by showing me options, but that doesn’t change the fact that the advertised “return near Montparnasse” didn’t happen and it made me feel unsafe. I’d use this company again for an event if I knew the logistics were solid, but after this night I’d be checking details a hundred times and probably budgeting for an Uber just in case.

First impression of the operator? Their listing looked thorough, itinerary clear, price hefty but reasonable for a nine‑hour day that supposedly included lunch and guided stops. Oh man, what a disaster! Our experience with this company was just brutal. We shelled out $120 for a guided tour of The Louvre, and our guide just up and left early because everyone else showed up except for us, even though we were there on time. When we tried to make a complaint at the company's store, the woman working there was so rude and totally unhelpful. She actually had the nerve to suggest we book and pay for the tour all over again for the next day. Like, seriously? That kind of service and customer treatment is just not okay at all.

I bought tickets from this company for a museum visit and it was a huge letdown. I got a confirmation of my payment thinking that would be all I needed to get in. But when I got to the museum, they told me I needed actual tickets from the company. I had to buy new tickets at the museum for way cheaper, and I felt totally ripped off and angry. Don't trust this company.
