When I tried to contact customer service, I got no response, eh. My phone calls went to a full inbox and my emails only got generic replies saying they'll forward my concerns. Everything else was fine, but the instructions on how to deal with the E-ticket were kinda fuzzy. The email showed the E-ticket numbers, but didn't really say where to go to actually print it out. I've used E-tickets before, but this setup seemed off. Even after printing out all the emails, I can't tell for sure if I have the ticket I need for my flight.
